A novel modular approach to electron-deficient and electron-rich M6L4 cages is presented. From the same starting compound, via a minor modulation of the synthesis route, two C3-symmetric ligands L1 and L2 with different electronic properties are obtained in good yield. The trifluoro-triethynylbenzene-based ligand L1 is more electron-deficient than the well-known 2,4,6-tri(4-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine, while the trimethoxy-triethynylbenzene-based ligand L2 is more electron-rich than the corresponding benzene analogue. Wymuszenie rozbójnicze i rozbiór - analiza znamion czynów zabronionych na tle statystyk sądowych

Artykuł poddaje analizie kontrowersyjne zagadnienie różnic występujących pomiędzy przestępstwem wymuszenia rozbójniczego a rozbojem. W rozważaniach odniesiono się do doktryny oraz orzecznictwa wskazując na liczne wątpliwości pojawiające się w tej materii. Podjęto również próbę wyznaczenia granic jakie dzielą te przestępstwa. W części drugiej odniesiono się do statystyk sądowych obrazujących dynamikę czynu zabronionego wymuszenia rozbójniczego. W szczególności zaprezentowano dane dotyczące liczby przestępstw wszczętych oraz stwierdzonych porównując je również z przestępstwem rozboju. Wskazano nadto liczbę prawomocnych przestępstw z art. 282 k.k. z uwzględnieniem płci oraz wieku sprawców.

Thanks to his well-spent study years in Padua (1463–1466), he also played an important role in the dissemination of Italian humanism north of the Alps, as witnessed, for example, by his important collection of inscriptions and Humanist texts.
