The aim of this study is to develop and validate a gene-expression signature to improve outcome prediction. Germline mutations in BRCA1 and BRCA2 are associated with increased risks of breast and ovarian cancer. A genome-wide association study (GWAS) identified six alleles associated with risk of ovarian cancer for women in the general population. We evaluated four of these loci as potential modifiers of ovarian cancer risk for BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutation carriers. This is a multicenter prospective observational study which included a large cohort (n = 397) of allogeneic (allo-HSCT) (n = 311) and autologous (ASCT) hematopoietic stem cell transplant (n = 86) recipients who were monitored for antibody detection within 3 to 6 weeks after complete SARS-CoV-2 vaccination from February 1st 2021 to July 20th 2021. Aim The objective of the present population-based study was to assess the impact of geriatric oncology consultation on the management of elderly patients with breast cancer and to identify the predictive factors of breast cancer treatment in this population.
