Saistītu reāla laika sistēmu testēšana, izmantojot lietotāja uzvedības imitēšanu

Programmatūras testēšana ir ārkārtīgi svarīga programmatūras izstrādes cikla sastāvdaļa, jo tas ir visefektīvākais veids, kā uzlabot programmatūras kavlitāti, atklājot tajā kļūdas. Aizvien izplatītāka kļūst automatizētā testēšana, kur, pretstatā manuālajai testēšanai, testēšanu veic bez cilvēka līdzdalības ar koda palīdzību. Bakalaura darba ietvaros ir apskatīti reāla laika sistēmu darbības principi, automatizētā testēšana un tās nozīme programmatūras izstrādāšanas procesā, kā arī pētīta pūļa uzvedība. Tika sastādīts automatizētā testa scenārijs un skripts, kas tika izmantots saistītu reāla laika sistēmu testēšanā un veikta testēšanas rezultātu analīze.

Nepareizi noteikts testēšanas darbu izpildes laiks var novest pie vairākām negatīvām sekām, sākot no projekta izmaksu palielināšanas un nodevumu termiņu izmaiņām, beidzot ar projekta kopējās nerentablitātes sasniegšanu. Short-term effects of wood ants (Formica aquilonia Yarr.) on soil animal community structure

Abstract Wood ants are known to affect the structure of invertebrate communities in tree canopies but it is not clear whether wood ants can affect the structure of soil animal communities. To isolate the direct effects of wood ants on soil fauna, I manipulated wood ant density in a 6-week mesocosm experiment by placing mesocosms (O 14 cm, height 13.5 cm) permeable to ants either on or outside the ant trails. The mesocosms contained litter, humus, and a diverse soil fauna typical of coniferous forest. In this study cytotoxicity of organotin(IV) compounds with 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines, Me3Sn(5tpO) (1), n-Bu3Sn(5tpO) (2), Me3Sn(mtpO) (3), n-Bu3Sn(mtpO) (4), n-Bu3Sn(HtpO2) (5), Ph3Sn(HtpO2) (6) where 5HtpO = 4,5-dihydro-5-oxo-[1,2,4]triazolo-[1,5-a]pyrimidine, HmtpO = 4,7-dihydro-5-methyl-7-oxo-[1,2,4]triazolo-[1,5-a]pyrimidine, and H2tpO2 = 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-5,7- dioxo-[1,2,4]triazolo-[1,5-a]-pyrimidine, was assessed on three different human tumor cell lines: HCT-116 (colorectal carcinoma), HepG2 (hepatocarcinoma) and MCF-7 (breast cancer). We investigate the occurrence of Shimura (special) subvarieties in the locus of Jacobians of abelian Galois covers of P1 in Ag and give classifications of families of such covers that give rise to Shimura subvarieties in the Torelli locus Tg inside Ag. Our methods are based on Moonen–Oort works as well as characteristic p techniques of Dwork and Ogus and Monodromy computations.

Studies on a new potential dopaminergic agent: in vitro BBB permeability, in vivo behavioural effects and molecular docking evaluation.

2-Amino-N-[2-(3,4-dihydroxy-phenyl)-ethyl]-3-phenyl-propionamide (DA-PHEN) has been previously synthesized to obtain a potential prodrug capable of release dopamine (DA) into CNS. However, DA-PHEN could act per se as a dopaminergic drug. In this study, the permeability transport (Pe), obtained by parallel artificial permeability assay (PAMPA), indicated a low passive transcellular transport (Pe = 0.32 ± 0.01 × 10(-6 )cm/s). Using the Caco-2 cell system, the Papp AP-BL in absorptive direction (3.36 ± 0.02 × 10(-5 )cm/s) was significantly higher than the Papp BL-AP in secretive direction (1.75 ± 0.07 × 10(-5 )cm/s), suggesting a polarized transport.
