Tutkimus tähtää löytämään erilaisia kaksikielisiä opetusmetodeja ja korostamanaan niitä metodeja, jotka opettajat kuvaavat hyvin toimiviksi. Tarkoituksena on myös tarkastella tekijöitä, joita opettajat ottavat huomioon valitessaan kaksikielisen opetusmetodin. Tätä tukimusta voidaan kutsua tapaustutkimukseksi. Se toteutettiin haastatellen neljää opettajaa, jotka työskentelevät Family Centre Klubíčkossa Kroměříž:ssa, Tsekissä. Opettajat haastateltiin pareina teemahaastattelun periaatteita noudattaen. Influence of bacterial physiology on processing of selenite, biogenesis of nanomaterials and their thermodynamic stability

We explored how Ochrobactrum sp. MPV1 can convert up to 2.5 mM selenite within 120 h, surviving the challenge posed by high oxyanion concentrations. The data show that thiol-based biotic chemical reaction(s) occur upon bacterial exposure to low selenite concentrations, whereas enzymatic systems account for oxyanion removal when 2 mM oxyanion is exceeded. The selenite bioprocessing produces selenium nanomaterials, whose size and morphology depend on the bacterial physiology. Selenium nanoparticles were always produced by MPV1 cells, featuring an average diameter ranging between 90 and 140 nm, which we conclude constitutes the thermodynamic stability range for these nanostructures. The definition of colour polymorphism is intuitive: genetic variants express discretely-coloured phenotypes. This classification is however elusive as humans form subjective categories or ignore differences that cannot be seen by human eyes. We demonstrate an example of a ‘cryptic morph’ in a polymorphic wood tiger moth (Arctia plantaginis), a phenomenon that may be common among well-studied species. We used pedigree data from nearly 20000 individuals to infer the inheritance of hindwing colouration. The evidence supports a single Mendelian locus with two alleles in males: WW and Wy produce the white and yy the yellow hindwing colour. The inheritance could not be resolved in females as thei…
