Vienošanās process kriminālprocesā- likums un prakse

Latvijā 2015.gadā vienošanās process tika piemērots tikai 5,8% no pirmstiesas kriminālprocesā pabeigtajām lietām. Kriminālprocesa likumā joprojām ir nepietiekami noregulēta cietušā loma vienošanās procesā. Mērķi izstrādājot maģistra darbu „Vienošanās process kriminālprocesā – likums un prakse” ir noskaidrot iemeslu vienošanās procesa retajai izmantošanai praksē, kā arī izstrādāt Kriminālprocesa likuma uzlabojumus. Darbā veicamie uzdevumi bija Latvijas tiesu un prokuratūras prakses izpēte, Latvijas un ārzemju literatūras un normatīvo aktu izpēte, statistikas datu iegūšana un analizēšana. Maģistra darba tēmas “Vienošanās procesa institūta problemātika kriminālprocesā”, aktualitāte ir tajā, ka vienošanās procedūra kriminālprocesā sniedz iespēju apsūdzētajam vienoties ar prokuroru par konkrēta soda piemērošanu, tādējādi lietu nenovirzot tiesai izskatīšanai vispārējā kārtībā, atvieglojot prokuratūras un tiesas darbu, ievērojami paātrinot kriminālprocesu vispārējo virzību valstī. Maģistra darba temats ir „Atbildību mīkstinošie apstākļi.” Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt atbildību mīkstinošo apstākļu teorētiskos aspektus un šo apstākļu piemērošanu praksē un ar to saistītās problēmas, kā arī izpētīt ārvalstīs pastāvošo regulējumu attiecībā uz atbildību mīkstinošajiem apstākļiem. Maģistra darbā tiek aplūkota atbildību mīkstinošo apstākļu vēsturiskā attīstība, teorētiskie aspekti, piemērošana praksē, kā arī atbildību mīkstinošo apstākļu nozīme soda mēra noteikšanā. Nobeigumā aplūkots atbildību mīkstinošo apstākļu regulējums citās valstīs.

Abstract European agriculture should meet new increasing internal and contextual challenges. For example, the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy in 2003 introduced the cross-compliance, among other novelties, as compulsory for farmers. Background: The assessment of food intake is challenging and prone to errors; it is therefore important to consider the reliability and validity of the assessment methods.Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the reproducibility and validity of a developed food-frequency questionnaire (FFQ) for use among adolescents.Design: In total, 58 students (aged 13–14) from four different schools in the southern part of Norway participated in the reproducibility study of filling out the FFQ 4 weeks apart. This dataset is part of a publication (Differentiating Perceived Usability from Aesthetics in Visual Experience – Validation of a Perceived Visual Usability Measurement). Data concerning confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) utilised in the measurement validation is freely available. Data for the CFA was collected via Prolific, an online survey platform. Thirty-three different surveys were created with the Webropol survey tool, all with different stimulus.
