Maģistra darbā pētīta pastāvīgās pārstāvniecības institūta rašanās, attīstība un nozīme tiesiskas un demokrātiskas valsts diskursā. Pētījumā salīdzinošā tvērumā aplūkota jēdziena saturiskā izpratne Latvijā, Amerikas Savienotajās Valstīs un Vācijā. Pētījumā tiek konstatēts, ka pēc BEPS pasākumu ieviešanas ir plašinājies pastāvīgās pārstāvniecības jēdziena saturiskais tvērums. Šo izmaiņu rezultātā to reģistrēšana ir kļuvusi par nerezidentu nodokļu maksātāju obligāto pienākumu. Tomēr pārstāvniecības klātesamība valstī daudzos gadījumos joprojām ir neskaidra. ICT demand behaviour: An international comparison

This study aims to provide some empirical explanations for the gaps in ICT diffusion between industrialized countries, especially European countries vis-à-vis the United States. The panel data cover eleven OECD countries: Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. Public Administration is in an era of change. This paper studies one under-researched part of public administration, the executive arms of International Governmental Organizations (IGOs). These are referred to as International Executives (IEs) and provide a conceptual mapping and empirical illustrations of three important dynamics of IEs – intergovernmental, supranational and transgovernmental dynamics. Vairumā attīstīto valstu piepilsētas apdzīvojuma attīstībai un aglomerāciju veidošanās procesiem tiek pievērsta pastiprināta uzmanība, savukārt iedzīvotāju mobilitātes pētījumi ir vieni no nozīmīgākajiem mūsdienu ģeogrāfijā. Rīgas aglomerācija, ar tās straujo attīstību, lielo nozīmi Latvijas apdzīvojuma sistēmā un izteiktajām migrācijas plūsmām ir svarīgs pētījumu objekts. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt iedzīvotāju izvietojuma un mobilitātes iezīmes Rīgas aglomerācijā.
