Introducción: El dermatofibrosarcoma protubernas (DFSP) es un tumor cutáneo de malignidad intermedia clasificado dentro de los tumores fibrohistiocíticos que tiene una alta tasa de recidivas locales tras extirpaciones con cirugía convencional pero baja capacidad de producir metástasis. Abstract Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is an iatrogenic and potentially life threatening condition that affects young healthy patients. Many strategies have been proposed to prevent this syndrome. However, to avoid OHSS without compromising on IVF outcome is still a challenge. The most important action is to identify patients at risk even before ovarian stimulation is initiated and to give them special attention. Coasting is the most popular method to avoid/minimize OHSS. Voice traffic bicasting enhancements in mobile HSPA network

This paper discusses methods for improving the effectiveness of delivering voice traffic over High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) network by employing transmission diversity with Single-Frequency Dual-Cell (SF-DC) Aggregation that is part of the Multiflow specification. SF-DC Aggregation allows the user to be served at the same time by two different cells. The enhancements discussed in the paper capitalize strongly on the availability of the composed Channel Quality Indication (CQI) feedback at both serving cells.
