Retrorectal tumour simulating vaginal birth: an exceptional case of emergency surgery indication

Cystic retrorectal tumours are a very rare entity that pose a problem in differential diagnosis between congenital cyst and other lesions. We present a 49-year-old female patient presenting a perineal bulge which was discovered simulating a vaginal birth associated with prolapsed haemorrhoids grade IV. The interest of this case resides in the surgical indication of a big presacral cyst demonstrated via CT causing acute intense pain due to pelvic organ compression, as no emergent surgery management has been reported up to date.

Adrenal myelolipoma is a rare benign, non-functioning tumor consisting of fat and hematopoietic tissues. In January 2005 we had observed an adrenal myelolipoma in 70 year old man. During the follow-up for bladder urothelioma, an abdominal CT revaled a well delineated 4x4 cm homogeneous fatty mass in the right suprarenal area with negative attenuation values. The functional study of adrenal gland was normal. The patient underwent videolaparoscopic right adrenalectomy (Gagner technique). Postoperative course was uneventful. Objective: The results of mitral repair for complex Barlow valves are adequate and support earlier intervention. It is unknown whether these results are reproducible in the context of minimally invasive surgery via right minithoracotomy. Methods: We randomized patients with Barlow mitral disease (bileaflet prolapse) to have conventional open repair via median sternotomy (MS group) or minimally invasive (MI group) repair. FINREP standartu izstrādāja Eiropas Banku iestāde, to izmantošana ir reglamentēta Eiropas Savienības kredītiestādēm, kas atbilst noteiktām prasībām. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt FINREP finanšu atskaišu veidošanas iespējas Oracle Hyperion Financial Management maksas rīkā, kā arī izpētīt pieejamos atvērtā koda darījumu inteliģences risinājumus. Izvēloties vienu no atvērtā koda sistēmām, izpētīt to pielāgošanas iespējas FINREP atskaitēm, secinot vai ir iespējams panākt līdzīgo funkcionalitāti kā Oracle Hyperion rīkā.
