Lasten kokemuksia vuoroasumisesta

Hannariikka Linnavuoren väitöskirjatutkimus perustuu 20 vuoroasuvan lapsen haastatteluun. Linnavuori halusi tuoda esille lasten näkökulman tähän kiisteltyyn ja vähän tutkittuun aiheeseen. Tutkimuksessa haastateltiin 8–18-vuotiaita lapsia, jotka olivat vanhempien eron jälkeen asuneet puoliksi molempien vanhempien luona keskimäärin neljän vuoden ajan. Haastattelun lisäksi lapset piirsivät kuvan perheestään. Lapset pitivät tärkeänä sitä, että heillä säilyi läheinen suhde kumpaankin vanhempaan. Kvantu mērījumi bez mijiedarbības. To izmantošana vairāku objektu detektēšanā ar vienu fotonu

Šis darbs attīsta kvantu bezmijiedarbības mērījumu nozari, apskatot eksistējošos bezmijiedarbības mērījumu protokolus un akcentējot to galvenos darbības principus. Tiek piedāvāti protokoli, ar kuru palīdzību var detektēt N objektu klātbūtni, izmantojot tikai vienu zondes fotonu. Tas ir uzlabojums, salīdzinot ar eksistējošajiem protokoliem, kas ļauj tikai viena objekta detektēšanu. Tiek analizēts īpašs gadījums, kad objekts kvantu superpozīcijā ir ievietots bezmijiedarbības mērījumu iekārtā. Balstoties uz analīzi, tiek piedāvāts veids, kā pētīt viļņu funkcijas koherences ilgumu un kolapsa procesu. Darba rezultāti ir vērtīgi kvantu informācijas jomā.

Lapsen osallisuus Suomen adoptiolainsäädännössä – lainsäädännön muutosten ja niiden historiallisten syiden tarkastelua osallisuusnäkökulmasta

Artikkelissa tarkastellaan normatiivisen, oikeushistoriallisen näkökulman kautta lapsen osallisuutta ja sen institutionalistista muutosta suomalaisessa adoptiojärjestelmässä. Keskeinen kysymys on, miten ja miksi lapsen asema osallistuvana subjektina on historiallisesti määritelty ja muuttunut adoptiota ja lastensuojelua koskevassa lainsäädännössä. Osallisuuden muutoksia lainsäädännössä tarkastellaan suhteessa kansainvälisessä adoptiojärjestelmässä ja lapsen oikeusasemassa 1920 -luvulta vuoteen 2018 tapahtuneisiin muutoksiin. Objectives: To evaluate the results of the laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy using a polypropylene mesh. Methods: We performed laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy on 64 pts who presented a prolapse of the vaginal vault between the II and the IV degree according to HWS classification. The mean age was 65 (range 58-76) with variable parity. The vaginal vault prolapse was present after abdominal hysterectomy in 33 pts.(51%) and after vaginal hysterectomy in 24 pts. (38%). 7 pts. Tämän laadullisen tapaustutkimuksen tarkoitus oli selvittää adoptiovanhempien kokemuksia lastensa ensimmäisestä kouluvuodesta. Tavoitteena oli tutkia, miten vanhemmat kokivat lastensa sopeutumisen kouluyhteisöön sekä millaisia haasteita kansainvälisesti adoptoidut lapset olivat koulussa kohdanneet. Haastattelin kuuden kansainvälisesti eri maista adoptoidun lapsen vanhempaa. Haastattelutyypeistä tulin valinneeksi teemahaastattelun. Litteroin aineistoni välittömästi haastatteluiden jälkeen. During examination of the anal region and before doing the rectal examination, the hand is protected by a plastic glove. A number of disposable gloves of varying strengths are on the market. One may additionally use a finger cot on the forefinger, which is removed after the examination. The examination can also be done using a finger cot alone with the finger stuck through a piece of gauze that protects the rest of the hand. Right-handed examiners often elect to use the forefinger of the left hand for the rectal examination and keep the right hand uncontaminated for handling instruments.

Despite progress in modern surgery, the choice of the surgical procedure of rectal prolapse is regarded with controversy. Selection criteria between the abdominal or perineal approach or between rectopexy and resection rectopexy are not yet proven. Any diagnosis of mitral regurgitation must always include the etiology. The clinical history is only rarely informative, as are chest x-ray examinations. The ECG is of value to diagnose coronary artery disease with or without previous myocardial infarction — but further differentiation is not possible. During heart catheterization mitral insufficiency can be diagnosed and quantified according to Seller’s classification [1]. A differentiation of etiology is only rarely possible. Rheumatic heart disease and mitral valve prolapse can be differentiated.
