The research is a part of a wider study on the improbitas and the so called intestabilitas in the Roman sources and focuses on analysis of a passage of the Theophilus’Paraphrase (2.10.6) and some σχόλια added to the Basilica [especially, Sch. 1 ad Bas. 39.1(Pb).6 e Sch. 3 ad Bas. 21.1(Pa).14] – texts that have not been taken into account (except for PT. 2.10.6 only) by the scholars who studied the implications associated with the improbus intestabilisque esse. Italica (Seville, Spain): use of local marble in Augustan age

This study concerns 51 marble finds made of “Cipollino verde” coming from the ancient city of Italica (north of the modern city of Santiponce, 9 km NW of Seville, Spain), the earliest Roman settlement in Spain, founded in 206 B.C. The aim of this work was to determine their provenance from Greek and Italian quarries or from local quarries worked in the Iberian Peninsula. Thin-section optical microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, bulk rock chemistry and O, C and Sr stable isotope analyses were carried out. L’objectiu d’aquest article és seguir la trajectòria com a publicista d’Anna Murià compresa entre 1936, any en què s’incorporà al Diari de Barcelona i el 1939, data en què va emprendre el camí de l’exili cap a França. Volem constatar l’existència d’una producció ideològica i política important durant aquests anys en els principals mitjans de l’època. L’estudi d’aquest període, el més desconegut de l’autora, aporta noves dades i resulta interessant atès el canvi significatiu que l’esclat de la guerra i el posterior exili propiciaren en la vida de Murià, perceptible tant des del punt de vista ideològic com personal, fet que repercutí clarament en la seva obra.
