Una aproximación a las concepciones de estudiantes preuniversitarios y universitarios sobre pilas galvánicas

En el presente trabajo se han investigado las concepciones alternativas sobre pilas galvánicas y las interpretaciones de los procesos que tienen lugar en una pila voltaica simple. Han participado en él 55 estudiantes del 2º de Bachillerato español (curso previo al ingreso en la universidad) y 43 estudiantes de primer año del Grado de Química. A Qualitative and Quantitative Study on Ancient Latin Texts Concerning the Concept of aether : Some Methodological Considerations

My study focuses on the semantic analysis of an ambiguous Latin word, aether, which may roughly be translated as ‘celestial substance’. The study is carried out by utilising both qualitative and quantitative methods on a digital text corpus containing Latin literature dating from ca. 200 BCE to 200 CE. In this paper, the compilation process and the contents of the corpus are described. Beside qualitative research (close reading), various computational methods are implemented on the corpus (distant reading). P300 amplitudes in the Concealed Information Test are less affected by depth of processing than electrodermal responses

The Concealed Information Test (CIT) has been used in the laboratory as well as in field applications to detect concealed crime related memories. The presentation of crime relevant details to guilty suspects has been shown to elicit enhanced N200 and P300 amplitudes of the event-related brain potentials (ERPs) as well as greater skin conductance responses (SCRs) as compared to neutral test items. These electrophysiological and electrodermal responses were found to incrementally contribute to the validity of the test, thereby suggesting that these response systems are sensitive to different psychological processes. Artikkelissa pohditaan alueellisen tasapainon käsitettä ja tarkastellaan tasapainon kehitystä Suomessa vuodesta 1995 lähtien. Kaupungistumisen kiihtymisen myötä alueellinen keskittyminen on edennyt nopeasti kasvun kohdistuessa vain metropolialueelle ja suuriin korkeakoulukaupunkeihin. Aluelähtöisesti katsoen alueellinen tasapaino on järkkynyt. Ihmislähtöisesti tarkastellen kaupungistuminen ei ole kuitenkaan johtanut suuriin alueiden välisiin tulotaso- tai hyvinvointieroihin, vaikka jähmeät sopeutumisprosessit, ennen kaikkea asuntomarkkinoilta seuraavat liikkuvuuden esteet todennäköisesti hidastavat alueelliseen tasapainoon pääsyä. peerReviewed
