Diplomdarbā “Grāmatu veikalu interjera izveides nosacījumi ”, tiek apskatīta grāmatu veikalu vēsturiskā attīstība un kā grāmatu tirdzniecību mūsdienās ietekmē digitālais laikmets. Empīriskajā daļā, no teorētiskās daļas secinājumiem izrietošajiem kritērijiem, tiek analizēti grāmatu konceptveikali pasaulē un Latvijā, gūstot ieskatu, kam jāpievērš uzmanība, veidojot interjera dizainu grāmatu koncepteveikalu. Radošajā daļā tiek izstrādāts interjera dizaina projekts “Taschen” grāmatu konceptveikalam, balstoties uz teorētiskajā un empīriskajā daļā iegūtajiem secinājumiem.

This paper addresses the conceptualization, scale development and scale validation related to the study of consumer engagement in online settings. It first reviews this concept and draws attention to the multidimensionality of the construct, considering the underlying cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions of consumer engagement. Then, it presents the foundation of this concept in relationship marketing and adds support to this proposition. Latvijā ilgstoši pastāv joda deficīts, kas ir bīstams sabiedrības veselībai un intelektuālajai attīstībai. Pat neliels joda deficīts grūtniecības periodā izraisa bērna IQ pazemināšanos, līdz ar to vēlāk arī iespējamu valsts IKP per capita samazināšanos. Uzdevumi: izvērtēt joda pietiekamību Latvijas grūtniecēm reģionālā griezumā, sakarības ar saistītiem faktoriem, kā arī censties identificēt sakarību starp joda koncentrāciju urīnā (JU) skolēniem un atzīmēm valsts eksāmenos. Visos Latvijas reģionos grūtniecēm konstatēts joda deficīts (mediānā JU 64.5-89.9 µg/g Cr). Leadership practices in organizations play an important role in shaping the conditions for employees’ work-family balance. Previous research on the topic has mainly focused on women; fathers are said to receive little support from leadership for combining work and family. In this study, the focus is on men working in six Finnish organizations representing male-dominated, female-dominated and gender-balanced organizations.
