Kielitaidon kehittymistä voidaan tutkia mittaamalla oppijankielen sujuvuutta, tarkkuutta ja kompleksisuutta. Kompleksisuus voidaan määritellä oppijankielen monipuolisuudeksi ja kehittyneisyydeksi, mutta syntaktista kompleksisuutta on kansainvälisessä toisen kielen oppimisen tutkimuksessa tyypillisesti mitattu alisteisiin lauserakenteisiin perustuvilla kvantitatiivisilla mittareilla. Tässä artikkelissa syntaktisen kompleksisuuden kehitystä tutkitaan tarkastelemalla rinnastus- ja alistuskonjunktioiden käyttöä suomi toisena kielenä -teksteissä Eurooppalaisen viitekehyksen eri taitotasoilla. La cirugía con implante ExPRESS es muy utilizada en el tratamiento del glaucoma. A pesar de esto existen pocos estudios que evalúen la morfología de las ampollas de filtración resultantes tras su implante; por esta razón utilizamos la tomografía de coherencia óptica de segmento anterior para analizarlas. Se realizó un estudio prospectivo, consecutivo no aleatorizado donde se estudiaron 36 ampollas de filtración derivadas de la implantación del dispositivo ExPRESS. Bacterial antibiotic resistance is often a part of mobile genetic elements that move from one bacterium to another. By interfering with the horizontal movement and the maintenance of these elements, it is possible to remove the resistance from the population. Here, we show that a so-called plasmid-dependent bacteriophage causes the initially resistant bacterial population to become susceptible to antibiotics. However, this effect is efficiently countered when the system also contains a predator that feeds on bacteria. Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) is a cornerstone of the next-generation digital sky and is now mandated in several countries. However, there have been many reports of serious security vulnerabilities in the ADS-B architecture. In this paper, we demonstrate and evaluate the impact of multiple cyberattacks on ADS-B via remote radio frequency links that affected various network, processing, and display subsystems used within the ADS-B ecosystem. Bisphosphonates offer a significant improvement in the quality of life for cancer patients; these potent inhibitors of bone resorption have been shown to markedly reduce the morbidity frequently resulting from bone metastases. Despite the success of bisphosphonates as therapeutic agents, however, toxicity in the form of osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ) is a rare complication whose incidence rate has climbed in recent years.
