A growing amount of data is increasingly showing the relevance of coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMVD) in several clinical contexts. This article reviews techniques and clinical investigations of the main noninvasive and invasive methods proposed to study coronary microcirculation and to identify CMVD in the presence of normal coronary arteries, also trying to provide indications for their application in clinical practice.

Ascending thoracic aortic aneurysm (ATAA) is among the most devastating forms of cardiovascular disease, causing a significant mortality despite current medical and surgical treatments [1]. This form of disease is a predisposing factor for spontaneous aortic dissection which in general results in the initiation of an intimal flap and its propagation due to blood flow. Sistēma tika izstrādāta izmantojot Oracle datubāzi un Oracle SQL Developer , Sqlplus kā arī SQL*Loader . Sistēmas mērķis ir atvieglot to kā tiek aprēķinātas pasniedzēju slodzes, pēc kurām arī nosaka, kāds ir konkrētā docētāja atalgojums atkarība no izdarītā darba. Šajā sistēmā ir iespējams arī izmantot meklētaju, lai atrastu informāciju par konkrētu docētāju, kādus kursus pasniedz, cik studentiem māca, cik stundas ir nostrādāts.
