The consequences of dropout are negative for both individuals and society. One of the consequences is that young adults without secondary education may be experiencing difficulties getting in to a labour market that increasingly requires highly-skilled labor. Satsingen «Inkluderende læringsmiljø» startet i 2014 og omfatter barnehager, skoler og PP-tjenester i kommunene Iveland, Lillesand, Songdalen, Søgne og Vennesla.
