Vuorovaikutuksen erityispiirteet ja neuvotteluosaaminen diplomaattisissa neuvotteluissa

Tämän tutkielman tavoitteena on kuvata ja ymmärtää suomalaisten diplomaattien näkemyksiä vuorovaikutuksen erityispiirteistä ja neuvotteluosaamisesta diplomaattisissa neuvotteluissa. Tutkielmassa haetaan vastauksia siihen, millaista diplomaattisten neuvotteluiden vuorovaikutus on ja millaista neuvotteluosaamista diplomaattisissa neuvotteluissa tarvitaan. Tutkielma toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena, ja tutkimusaineisto kerättiin teemahaastattelulla haastattelemalla suomalaisia diplomaatteja. Haastattelut toteutettiin teknologiavälitteisesti. The new species Rhopalosiphum chusqueae Pérez Hidalgo & Villalobos Muller, is described from apterous viviparous females caught on Chusquea tomentosa in Cerro de la Muerte (Costa Rica). The identity of the species is supported both by the morphological features and by a molecular phylogenetic analysis based on a fragment of the mitochondrial DNA containing the 5’ region of the cytochrome c oxidase 1 (COI) and on the nuclear gene coding for the Elongation factor-1 alpha (EF1α). Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is a soft tissue malignant tumor of mesenchymal cell origin, which usually shows variable differentiation of muscle cells. It is the most common solid sarcoma in children. The most usual site of occurrence are the head and neck regions. RMS presents a variety of histologic features, and so differential diagnosis with other small round cell tumors is needed. Hence, it has been very useful to the field to undertake additional immunohistochemical studies to determine the diagnosis and, on occasions, to assign subtype tumors. Lai pētītu Markova ķēžu pielietojumu latviešu valodas vārdnīcas kontekstā,tiek izveidots uz Markova ķēdēm balstīts modelis, kas aprēķina latviešu literārāsvalodas vārdnīcā iekļauto vārdu varbūtību parādīties tekstā. Iegūtās varbūtībastiek salīdzinātas ar reālām vērtībām, kas iegūtas no diviem dažādiem apkopototekstu korpusiem. Pētīšanas procesā tiek veikts aprēķins vidējām vērtībām, kāarī vidējām relatīvām kļūdām. Tiek analizēta vārdam piemītošo īpašību ietek-me uz iegūtās varbūtības precizitāti. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir aplūkot mūža ieslodzījuma vēsturisko attīstību, analizēt Latvijas tiesu praksi mūža ieslodzījuma piemērošanā, tā izpildi Latvijā, izpētīt un salīdzināt mūža ieslodzījuma izpratni Latvijā un citviet pasaulē – kā atšķiras subjekti, kam var piemērot, par kādiem noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem var piemērot, pirmstermiņa atbrīvošanas iespējas. Veiktā izpēte liecina, ka Latvijas tiesu prakse mūža ieslodzījuma piemērošanā nav vienveidīga, ārvalstu un Latvijas regulējumā ir saskatāmas būtiskas atšķirības, izsecinot, ka lielākoties Latvijas tiesiskais regulējums ir labvēlīgāks attiecībā uz noziedzīgu nodarījumu izdarījušām personām.
