Jo 1990-luvun alussa yhdysvaltalainen taloustieteilijä Robert Reich (1992) esitti, että tulevaisuudessa globaalit työmarkkinat tulevat jakautumaan kolmeen osaan: rutiinityöhön, palvelutyöhön sekä symbolis-analyyttiseen työhön, joka perustuu ympäröivästä ilmiömaailmasta hahmottuvien ongelmien tunnistamiseen ja ratkaisemiseen. Tiedon ja osaamisen muodostuminen lastensuojelun avohuollon sosiaalityön työhön perehtymisessä

Tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin, miten lastensuojelun avohuollon sosiaalityöntekijöiden tieto ja osaaminen muodostuvat heidän perehtyessään työhönsä; miten he saavat tietoa perehtyessään työhönsä; mitä tietoa he saavat ja miten he kokevat tiedon saannin työhön perehtymisessä. Lastensuojelun työ on vaativaa ja työntekijöiden osaamiseen tulee panostaa jo alkuvaiheessa työn laadukkuuden ja työntekijöiden työssä jaksamisen kannalta. Tutkimusaineisto koostui kahdeksasta lastensuojelun avohuollon sosiaalityöntekijän avoimesta yksilöhaastattelusta. Tulokset analysoitiin laadullisen sisällönanalyysin keinoin. Tutkielmassa tutkittiin laskenta-ammattilaisuuden stereotypioita Tilisanomat-lehdessä vuosina 2010—2015. Tutkimusaineistona on lehtiartikkelit, joten tutkimus on kvalitatiivinen. Huomioin tutkimuksessa myös kuvat ja mainokset, mutta pääpaino on artikkeleissa. Tutkimusmenetelmänä käytän sisällönanalyysia ja erityisesti luokittelua. Hyödynnän teoriasidonnaista sisällönanalyysia, eli aloitan luokittelun aineiston perusteella ja lopuksi tarkastelen löytyykö aineistosta pavunlaskijan ja muutosagentin stereotypioita, jotka on tunnistettu aiemmassa tutkimuksessa. Effects of planting dates on strawberry plug plant performances in Sicily

Sicilian strawberry production plays an important role in European strawberry industry, due to early production (February to April) and high market value. In Sicily planting takes place from August to October, depending on cultivation method and cultivar. Plug plants (tip plants) and fresh-dug plants from high elevation nurseries are the preferred plant materials due to early fruiting potential. However, optimal planting dates must be determined for the various commercial strawberry varieties in order to maximize fruit production. Recently it has been hypothesized that a reactivation of the epithelial-mesenchymal trophic unit (EMTU) of the respiratory mucosa, caused by extensive epithelial damage, may be responsible for the pathogenesis of asthma. However, most research on this subject so far has been limited by the unavailability of in vitro models correctly mimicking the three-dimensional architecture of the properly differentiated human bronchial mucosa. This phenomenological research examines democracy education and the conditions contributing to young students’ democratic agency. The dataset includes interview and observation data from a school and educational decision-makers. The findings from the iterative analysis highlight the contradictions between democracy education as an ideal and opportunities for democratic agency. One significant contradiction was the expectation that young pupils should be competent democratic agents before being offered opportunities to act democratically.
