Laulava ja liikkuva lapsi : toiminnallisen laulunopetuksen materiaalipaketti alakouluun

Lapselle liike on luontaisin tapa ilmentää musiikkia. Myös laulaminen ja oman äänen käyttö on läsnä lapsen elämässä pienestä pitäen. Koulun musiikintunnilla voisi hyödyntää lapsen luontaista intoa liikkua ja laulaa ja perustaa opetus niille. Tutkimukseni tarkoituksena on luoda toiminnallinen laulunopetuksen materiaalipaketti alakouluun ja testata sitä. Materiaalipakettini perustuu valtakunnallisen perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman (2014) laulunopetuksen tavotteisiin ja sisältöihin ja uusimpiin musiikin oppimateriaaleihin. This paper presents a theoretical description of the process-oriented research method in translation studies known as the think aloud method and a case study of an experimental application of think-aloud protocols (TAP). The article begins with a brief description of the relevance of its topic, taking into account the state of current researches in the field of translation studies. Ievads. Tauku hepatoze ir atgriezenisks process un relatīvi bieža atradne ar riska faktoriem kā aptaukošanās, dislipidēmija, cukura diabēts, glikozes tolerances traucējumi. Viena no visnozīmīgākajām analīzēm riska faktoru izvērtēšanai ir lipīdu frakcijas serumā. Aknu steatoze var izzust bez sekām vai progresēt par aknu fibrozi, aknu cirozi un hepatocelulāro karcinomu. Valūtas kursa prognozēšana ar neironu tīklu palīdzību

Šī darba mērķis ir modelēt valūtas kursa svārstības ar mākslīgo neironu tīklu palīdzību. Maģistra darbs sastāv no vairākām pētniecības sastāvdaļām uz kurām tiek balstīti sasniegtie rezultāti. Darbā tiek izskatīti valūtas kursu ietekmējošie faktori, kas tiek ņemti par pamatu tālākai pētniecībai praktiskajā daļā. Izstrādes gaitā aplūkoti neironu tīklu darbības pamatprincipi. Praktiskajā daļā veikta valūtas kursa paredzēšana, analizēti iegūtie rezultāti un veikti secinājumi par to, kā uzlabot sasniegtos rezultātus. Sniegts arī neliels ieskats par neironu tīklu pielietojumiem no autora skatu punkta.

A bioluminescence technique for quantitative and structure-associated imaging of pyruvate

A novel bioluminescence assay has been developed for measuring pyruvate within sections of snap-frozen tissue in a quantitative manner as well as with a spatial resolution on a microscopical level. The assay was verified via HPLC and two independent photometric tests. The novel assay makes it possible to determine pyruvate concentrations in cryosections in the range of 0-5.0 micromol/g tissue (dry weight). Based on the analysis of samples of given pyruvate concentrations, the assay exhibits a recovery with a deviationor =15%. The contribution of different-sized businesses to job creation continues to attract policymakers’ attention, however, it has recently been recognized that conclusions about size were confounded with the effect of age. We probe the role of size, controlling for age, by comparing the cohorts of firms born in 1998 over their first decade of life, using variation across half a dozen northern European countries Austria, Finland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, and the UK to pin down size effects. Šis pētījums ir vērsts uz stratēģijas Eiropa 2020 valsts nodarbinātības līmeņa mērķiem Baltijas valstīs - Latvijā, Lietuvā un Igaunijā. Izveidota nodarbinātības līmeņa prognoze, kas balstīta uz regresijām, kuru iegūtie koeficienti tiek izmantoti nodarbinātības vienādojumam. Šī prognoze tiek iegūta visām trim Baltijas valstīm un visu trīs valstu sieviešu un vīriešu nodarbinātībai. Prognozei pētījums piedāvā divus scenārijus: optimistisku un pesimistisku. Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka optimistiskā scenārijā visas valstis ne tikai izpilda, bet pat pārsniedz uzstādītos mērķus. Latvijas elektroenerģijas patēriņa ekonometriskā analīze un prognoze

Bakalaura darbā apskatīti elektroenerģijas patēriņu raksturojošie rādītāji, veikts pētījums par elektroenerģijas patēriņa ietekmējošiem faktoriem Latvijā, veikta prognoze 5 gadiem. Pētījumi par Latvijas elektroenerģijas patēriņa analīzi un prognozi pēdējos gados nav izplatīti. Vairāki ir veikti pirms vairāk nekā 10 gadiem. Analīze ļauj veikt nākotnes prognozes, kas ir noderīgas valstij, enerģētikas uzņēmumiem un investoriem. Darba mērķis ir, balstoties ekonometriskajā analīzē, novērtēt Latvijas elektroenerģijas patēriņa atkarību no ekonomiskiem faktoriem, veikt prognozi par 5 gadiem. Abstract Research question Does clinical performance of personalized embryo transfer (PET) guided by endometrial receptivity analysis (ERA) differ from frozen embryo transfer (FET) or fresh embryo transfer in infertile patients undergoing IVF? Design Multicentre, open-label randomized controlled trial; 458 patients aged 37 years or younger undergoing IVF with blastocyst transfer at first appointment were randomized to PET guided by ERA, FET or fresh embryo transfer in 16 reproductive clinics.
