Abstract Abstract 3330 Introduction: Wilate® is a new-generation plasma-derived concentrate of von Willebrand factor (VWF) and factor VIII (FVIII) developed for treatment of patients with von Willebrand disease (VWD) and haemophilia A. The objective of this study was to assess efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of Wilate in children below 6 years of age with inherited VWD. Methods: The prospective, multi-centre trial included patients with inherited VWD of any type below 6 years of age with insufficient response to DDAVP. In Portugal and in its former colonies, the expression "constitucionalismo outorgado » is part of the constitutional vocabulary since the granting of the Charter of 1826. The French inspiration is obvious ; however, no equivalent expression exists in France. This curiosity leads to measure all the ambiguity of the concept of "granted constitutionalism", an improbable oxymoron according to the president of the Portuguese Republic, Teófilo Braga. Is it about a simple political and linguistic claim, a temporary compromise at the end of a frustrated Revolution? Or does it translate a deeper program, to reconcile both sides of the constitutionalism, ancient and modern ?

Reconstructed on the basis of an apocryphal transcription of its founding pact, the Cortes of Lamego of 1143, the portuguese public law benefited on top of a written document born in the XVth century, the Ordenações. International audience; The synthesis and structural characterization, both in solution by means of H-1 and P-31 NMR and UV-vis spectroscopies and in the solid state by X-ray diffraction on single crystal, of a series of gallium(III) and indium(III) meso-mono(diethoxyphosphoryl)porphyrins bearing different peripheral substituents as well as the corresponding monoesters and phosphonic acids are reported. This work describes the first example of the X-ray structure of a self-assembled dimer formed via strong binding between the oxygen atom of the phosphonate substituent and the gallium(III) cations of adjacent porphyrin molecules [Ga-O = 1.9708(13) angstrom].
Copper Octacarboxyphthalocyanine Aggregation in Buffered Solutions

Results of spectral UV-Vis absorption investigations on association of copper octa-carboxyphthalocyanine, CuPcOC, are reported. Influence of pH on association is discussed. In pH < 5.5 only ag gre gates are present. Monomer appears above pH = 5.5 and at pH Greater-than or equal to 6.2 only monomeric Pc forms exist. CuPcOC exhibits higher tendency to wards association in phosphate buffer solutions than in redistilled water. In pH 5.9–6.0 monomers, dimers and trimers coexist in equilibrium in 1.0×10–6 – 1.2×10–5 mol/dm3 concentration range at 25°C. Dimerization of Copper Octacarboxyphthalocyanine in Aqueous Solutions

Spectral absorption UV-Vis investigations on association of copper(II) octacarboxyphthalocyanine in aqueous solutions are reported. In 5.0x10-7-5.0x10-5 mol/dm3 concentration range monomers and dimers are mainly present. The calculated dimerization constant 106dm3/mol at 25°C and the hypsochromic spectral shift for the dimer 1164 cm-1 (688 nm_ 637 nm) indicate a stack-like association of molecules and suggestpi-pi interactions between Pc macrocycles in dimer and higher aggregates, in contrast to hydrogen bonding between carboxylic groups of adjacent Pc molecules.
