Positively charged supramolecular aggregates formed in vacuo by n AOTNa (sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate) molecules and n(c) additional sodium ions, i.e. [AOT(n)Na(n+n(c))](n(c)), have been investigated by molecular dynamics (MD) simulations for n = 1-20 and n(c) = 0-5. Statistical analysis of physical quantities like gyration radii, atomic B-factors and moment of inertia tensors provides detailed information on their structural and dynamical properties. Summary Background The involvement of Jewish doctors and scientists in the development of health resorts in eastern Galicia (part of the Austrian monarchy after 1772, and since 1918 as part of independent Poland, now part of Ukraine) is unquestionable; however, awareness of this fact is not that common. El trabajo encara en primer lugar cómo fue el desarrollo de la movida electrónica en la ciudad de Buenos Aires y cómo fue la introducción del consumo de éxtasis como droga recreativa ligada a ella. Se describe luego la metodología del estudio realizado con 150 jóvenes que participan de este tipo de encuentros (componente cuantitativo) y las entrevistas realizadas con 30 jóvenes y disk jockeys (componente cualitativo). Spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs) isolated from the adult mouse testis and cultured have been shown to respond to culture conditions and become pluripotent, so called multipotent adult germline stem cells (maGSCs). microRNAs (miRNAs) belonging to the 290 and 302 miRNA clusters have been previously classified as embryonic stem cell (ESC) specific. Here, we show that these miRNAs generally characterize pluripotent cells. They are expressed not only in ESCs but also in maGSCs as well as in the F9 embryonic carcinoma cell (ECC) line.
