La riforma in Italia della legittima difesa. Cornice dogmatica e pulsioni politico-criminali

Il lavoro confronta con il diritto penale portoghese l'innovazione in tema di legittima difesa, introdotta in Italia con l. 2006 n.15 per i casi di legittima difesa c.d. domiciliare. Al di là delle differenti formulazioni dei rispettivi testi legali, emerge una vicinanza sostanziale fra i due sistemi penali rispetto all'esigenza della proporzione fra difesa ed offesa. Ciò conforta una interpretazione restrittiva della nuova formualazione italiana, che attribuisce al requisito della necessità della difesa un effetto calmierante rispetto ad applicazioni eccessivamente ampie della causa di giustificazione esaminata.

This paper deals with the scheme proposed by the authors in Zorio, Baeza and Mulet (J Sci Comput 71(1):246–273, 2017). This scheme is an alternative to the techniques proposed in Qiu and Shu (SIAM J Sci Comput 24(6):2185–2198, 2003) to obtain high-order accurate schemes using Weighted Essentially Non Oscillatory finite differences and approximating the flux derivatives required by the Cauchy-Kovalevskaya procedure by simple centered finite differences. Abstract Operation and maintenance play an important role in maximizing the yield and minimizing the downtime of wind turbines, especially offshore wind farms where access can be difficult due to harsh weather conditions for long periods. It contributes up to 25–30% to the cost of energy generation. Improved operation and maintenance (O&M) practices are likely to reduce the cost of wind energy and increase safety. In order to optimize the O&M, the importance of data exchange and knowledge sharing within the offshore wind industry must be realized. Proactive maintenance of offshore wind turbine blades using knowledge-based force analysis

The operation and maintenance (O&M) costs of wind turbines constitute approximately 10-15% of the lifecycle cost in onshore installations and up to 30% in offshore installations. The O&M costs for offshore wind power plants are higher than the onshore ones due to greater logistical challenges of maintaining and servicing, and the less mature state of offshore wind energy technology.
