Le Operazioni Unitarie (OU) costituiscono gli elementi base del flow-sheet di un processo produttivo. Le OU fondamentali comuni a più processi si basano sugli stessi principi, relativi a fenomeni chimico-fisici e biologici, e quindi su tecnologie simili, anche se naturalmente le apparecchiature, i materiali di costruzione e le condizioni operative devono essere adattate. Apkopojot infekciju kontroles datus, tiek secināts, ka viens no divdesmit stacionētajiem pacientiem saslimst ar intrahospitālo infekciju. Pēc Eiropas Slimību profilakses un kontroles centra datiem, Eiropā katru gadu aptuveni 4,1 miljoni pacientu iegūst intrahospitālo infekciju, tādēļ pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot individuālo aizsardzības līdzekļu pielietojumu māsām, intrahospitālo infekciju profilaksei operāciju zālē. Tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, izstrādāta strukturēta intervija un novērošanas protokols. The purpose of this ethnographic study was to describe and understand processes related to the formation of an operating culture when moving to new, open learning spaces. Great expectations: Learning the boundaries of design rights

We present a case study of an increase in design right filings and concurrent design right litigations in an industry that previously had little experience of design right protection. The motives for and outcomes of filing, and how these changed over time are discussed. We go on to explore the events, which offered the decision makers opportunities to update their beliefs about the scope of design right protection. We find that filing motives changed from specific protection goals to freedom to operate over time. We also find that the actors faced several, but sometimes contradictory, learning opportunities. Seaports play a key role in maritime commerce and the global market economy. Goods of different kinds are carried in specialized vessels whose handling requires ad hoc port facilities. Port terminals comprise the quays, infrastructures, and services dedicated to handling the inbound and outbound cargo carried on vessels. Increasing seaborne trade and ever-greater competition between port terminals to attract more traffic have prompted new studies aimed at improving their quality of service while reducing costs.
