This research work adresses the prediction of success after a training scheme (success in university examination, integration of job seekers after a training session) on the basis of 1/ subjective indicators at the end of training: satisfaction or subjective learning and 2/ individuals' variables (self-efficacy, locus of control, self-esteem, optimism and core self-evaluation). Our results show that, compared to training evaluation models, subjective indicators at the end of training do not appear to be good predictors of success. In addition, if individuals' variables are sometimes predictable of success, this seems to be related to the mere fact that they represent high values in students…

International audience; Sur un échantillon de 151 introductions en bourse en France, nous analysons les biais et la rationalité des prévisions de bénéfices contenues dans les prospectus d'introduction. Nous proposons également un modèle explicatif des écarts de prévisions et vérifions si la performance boursière des actions est fonction des écarts de prévision.

Il saggio ricostruisce la genesi del "Candide" di Leonard Bernstein, e la storia delle sue tante stesure e riprese: dal primo progetto teatrale del 1953-54 sino cosiddetta "Scottish Opera Version, curata da John Mauceri, del 1988. Il percorso drammaturgico dello spettacolo viene messo a confronto con le narrazioni del romanzo di Voltaire e nella seconda parte del saggio vengono affrontati anche gli aspetti musicali e compositivi dell'opera.
