Resumen Este artículo analiza la cultura organizativa de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad de Valencia (España). Se ha utilizado el Inventario de Cultura Organizacional de Cooke y Lafferty, validado por la literatura científica y muy empleado. Mide tres estilos culturales: constructivo, pasivo-defensivo y agresivo-defensivo. El instrumento se ha aplicado a una muestra de 363 alumnos/as del grado de Psicología, obteniéndose bajos niveles en el índice de desviación media, lo que permite establecer conclusiones a nivel agregado. Recent continuous task studies, such as narrative speech comprehension, show that fluctuations in brain functional connectivity (FC) are altered and enhanced compared to the resting state. Here, we characterized the fluctuations in FC during comprehension of speech and time-reversed speech conditions. The correlations of Hilbert envelope of source-level EEG data were used to quantify FC between spatially separate brain regions.
