Hiihdonopettajien vuorovaikutusosaaminen

Tämän tutkielman tavoitteena oli kuvata millaisia käsityksiä hiihdonopettajilla on työhönsä liittyvästä vuorovaikutusosaamisesta ja sen kehittymisestä. Tavoitteena oli kuvata ja ymmärtää hiihdonopettajien omia käsityksiä siitä, millaista heidän työhönsä liittyvä vuorovaikutusosaaminen on ja miten heidän työhönsä liittyvä vuorovaikutusosaaminen on kehittynyt. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisin menetelmin ja aineisto kerättiin hyödyntämällä teemahaastattelua. Tutkimusta varten haastateltiin kymmentä hiihdonopettajaa ja haastattelut suoritettiin yksilöhaastatteluina. Haastatteluineisto analysoitiin aineistolähtöisen analyysin avulla. Lapsi omaksuu arvoja ja asenteita ja rakentaa käsitystä itsestään vertaissuhteissa. Lapset tarvitsevat erilaisia vuorovaikutustaitoja vertaistensa parissa. Esimerkiksi yhteistyö, jakaminen ja ongelmanratkaisu ovat tärkeitä taitoja jo alle kouluikäiselle lapselle. Vuorovaikutustaidoista puhutaan eri tieteenaloilla eri käsittein. Tutkielma on kirjallisuuskatsaus, jossa perehdyttiin lasten viestintäkäyttäytymiseen sekä heidän vertaissuhteissaan ilmenevään vuorovaikutukseen. Tavoitteena oli löytää ja analysoida lasten viestintäkäyttäytymistä käsitteleviä tutkimuksia eri tieteenaloilta. Erityisesti haluttiin tarkastella lasten vertaissuhteita ja niissä ilmeneviä vuorovaikutusilmiöitä. Lasten viestintäkäyttäytymistä on tutkittu runsaasti psykologian alalla. This is an introduction to a compilation of six articles on language ideologies in the Romanian Banat. My dissertation was initiated by fieldwork in the area, resulting to a database of interviews among the Hungarian and German inhabitants. This data is compared to intellectual writings. With regards to researcher position, I identify myself as a traveler in the area and as a foreign scholar. The role of social capital in digitalised retail servicescape

This chapter examines how digitalisation has altered the way consumers experience the social interaction and service environment while shopping in retail stores. In this, we draw on the concept of servicescape, which comprises both tangible and intangible features which make up the service experience. Recognising the three realms of servicescape (physical, digital and social), we explore the role of social capital in determining the customer experience in digitalised retail servicescape. Warm conveyor belts (WCBs) are important airstreams in extratropical cyclones, often leading to the formation of intense precipitation and the amplification of upper-level ridges. This study presents a case study that involves aircraft, lidar and radar observations in a WCB ascending from western Europe towards the Baltic Sea during the Hydrological Cycle in the Mediterranean Experiment (HyMeX) and T-NAWDEX-Falcon in October 2012, a preparatory campaign for the THORPEX North Atlantic Waveguide and Downstream Impact Experiment (T-NAWDEX).
