AbstractTruth-relativism is the claim that the truth of statements is dependent on the context in which they are made. In this article, truth-relativism is considered as a way to explain disagreements. Viewpoint relativism, a recent version of truth-relativism, is introduced as a useful framework to analyse how truth-relativism approaches disagreements. Viewpoint relativism is based on contextual semantics and the logic of viewpoint, which is a two-dimensional modal logic. An unexpected representation of burgundian vineyards in the 16th century: the map of “Les Environs de l’estang de Longpendu”

The Environs de l’étang de Longpendu map by Jean Vandamme shows a part of the Burgundy territory, located in the center of Charolais, probably at the end of the sixteenth century. It is representative of a complex corpus and shows, in various ways, a part of the Burgundy vineyards in the North, and Charolais forests and plains in the South. The vineyards shown are partly those occupied by today’s Côte de Beaune, Côte chalonnaise, Mâconnais and Couchois. This is one of the oldest representations of the vineyard in Burgundy, and a precious tool for documenting the dynamics of vineyard expansion from the 16th to the 21st century.

Tutkielmassa tarkastellaan etusormiosoituksia ja niiden asemaa kielellisinä yksikköinä ja eleinä. Tutkielma on aineistoesimerkein havainnollistettu kirjallisuuskatsaus, jossa selvitetään, miten osoituksia on tulkittu eletutkimuksessa ja viitottujen kielten tutkimuksessa, ja onko näissä tulkinnoissa yhtäläisyyksiä. Tutkielmassa keskitytään prototyyppiseen osoitusmuotoon, etusormiosoitukseen. Il saggio riflette sul fondamento dell'obbligazione morale cercando di mostrare perché essa possa intendersi come vincolo di gratuità. Si prende avvio dalla nozione tomista di legge morale naturale, approfondendo il suo significato nell'orizzonte della razionalità pratica e concentrando l'attenzione sulle implicazioni del principio "bonum faciendum". Emerge come l'uomo sia chiamato a lasciarsi appartenere ad una logica di gratuità che innerva l'actus essendi secondo un intimo convenire del finalismo ontologico e del bene come ricchezza auto-diffusiva.

Cada vez son más las profesionales del Trabajo Social, la psicología, el Derecho, la Educación Social, las fuerzas de seguridad que se enfrentan a estos temas en muchas ocasiones sin la suficiente preparación y sin los recursos necesarios. las intervenciones que se realizan desde las instituciones públicas pueden pecar de epidérmicas. Es urgente una nueva orientación que proponga un cambio radical de modelo social, económico y político.

El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el ajuste psicosocial en los adolescentes víctimas de violencia de pareja, considerando posibles diferencias en función de la frecuencia de la victimización y del sexo de los adolescentes. Los indicadores del ajuste psicológico y social analizados son el ánimo depresivo, los sentimientos de soledad, el autoconcepto, la satisfacción con la vida y la calidad de la comunicación con el padre y la madre. Participaron 672 adolescentes españoles (325 chicas, 347 chicos), entre 12 y 19 años (M = 14.45; DT = 1.62).
