How relevant is Kotter’s change theory on organizational change in meta-organizations : A case study of the ESNreview of the Erasmus Student Network

2019

Master's thesis Public Policy and Management ME502 - University of Agder 2019 Kotter’s 8-step organizational change model is amongst the most popular change models in the world, however despite its continued success as a popular science approach to the topic of organizational change, it has received limited attention from the scientific community, and little research has been done into how the model works in practice. Tell el-'Abd II. Pottery and Potmarks at an Early Urban Settlement of the Middle Euphrates River Valley, Syria. Final Reports of the Syrian-German ex…

2013

The monograph investigates the breakdown of the Uruk world-system towards the end of the 4th millennium BCE, and the roots of secondary state formation in the Middle Euphrates region through the analysis of continuity and change in the Early Bronze ceramic material from the site of Tell el-‘Abd (Tabqa Dam, Syria). This analysis fills a chronological gap for the early third millennium, a period poorly known in the district downstream from Carchemish. It further includes the study of over 1300 potter’s marks, thus offering new insight into the intra- and inter-site organization of pottery production and into a complex and variegated system of visual communication active at a regional level be…

2008

EMMA VITALE (2008). La ceramica sovradipinta bizantina di Gortina. p. 1-304, PADOVA:Aldo Ausilio Editore in Padova-Bottega d''Erasmo, ISBN: 978-88-6125-071-0 The Byzantine painted pottery from the Gortys excavations represents a new class among the painted pottery productions which spread over the Mediterranean basin since the end of the 6th century AD. The first finds came to light around the mid-fifties during the excavations in the Temple of Athena on the acropolis (Haghios Ioannis hill), but the greatest number of fragments comes from the upper town and, particularly, from the Byzantine quarter between the Pretorio and the Apollo Pythios temple: here, the finding of a ceramic factory si…

El Plano (Espadilla). Un yacimiento romano del Alto Mijares (Castellón)

In this paper we study some archaeological materials found in the Roman site of El Plano (Castellón). Although today is almost entirely destroyed by agricultural work, some of the pieces studied said they were equipped with thermal baths, so it should be a settlement of some importance. Moreover ceramics collected allows occupation dating from the I to IV century AD. This is the first Roman site that has been studied in the district of Alto Mijares.
