This article offers a dialogical exploration of student teachers’ reflections on notions of insideness and outsideness, the focal themes of an Erasmus+ ten-day intensive programme (IP). The arts-based, interdisciplinary IP involved 32 student participants and twelve members of staff from eight European universities hosted by the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. The data for this paper are based on the final written essays of student participants as they reflected on their understanding of outsideness and insideness at the end of the IP. The role of age in the relationship between work social characteristics and job attitudes

Despite the amount of research on the link between work social characteristics and job attitudes, there is a lack of work on moderators of this relationship. In the present study, we examine the role of age as a moderating effect of this relationship using life-span development theory. The aim of this paper is to study the moderator effect of age in the relationship between two work social characteristics (interaction outside the organization and interdependence) and job attitudes (i.e., general job satisfaction and work engagement). Anotācija: 20. gadsimta izmaiņas sabiedrības priekšstatos par iespējamo ģimenes formu radīja jaunu tiesību institūtu – ārpus laulības kopdzīvi, kas, ievērojot Eiropas atvērtās robežas un augsto migrācijas līmeni, ietekmē starptautisko un Eiropas ģimenes tiesību veidošanos. Tomēr tās regulējums dažādās jurisdikcijās ir visai atšķirīgs vai nepastāv vispār. Promocijas darbā tika vērtēti kopdzīves regulējuma ieviešanas modeļi atsevišķās jurisdikcijās, vienlaikus secinot, ka līdz šim neviens no starptautiskajiem tiesību aktiem nespēja veiksmīgi risināt kopdzīves partnera vidū radušās juridiskās problēmas.
