While state-owned enterprises (SOEs) used to be considered obsolete tools for governmental intervention in the economy, in recent years governmental intervention in the business sector has re-emerged as a topic of debate. However, scholarship on the changes in and the modernisation of the SOE model is limited. In this article, we examine how the Finnish state’s ownership policy adapted to the requirements of economic globalisation between the 1970s and the 2010s. We show that the attitude towards globalisation was pragmatic and aimed at safeguarding the competitiveness of domestic companies. Darbā aprakstītas trīs dažādas flow shop problēmas ar uzdevumu minimizēt kopējo darbu izpildes laiku: permutation flow shop problēma, blocking flow shop problēma un no-wait flow shop problēma. Katrai no problēmām ir atrasts atbilstošais lineārās programmēšanas uzdevums ar veseliem un bināriem mainīgajiem. Problēmu risināšanai ir aprobētas divas klasiskās metodes, ko izmando diskrētās programmēšanas uzdevumiem: Gomorī apgriešanas metode un sazarošanās un robežu algoritms. Skaitliskie aprēķini tika veikti, izmantojot datorprogrammu LPSolve IDE.

Sharing one's experiences is a crucial activity in group therapies. In such therapies, groups can be either constituted around one problem or goal common to all the clients, or the group can work as a place in which clients can learn from one another and share experiences whether their individual problems are similar or not. Attachment Anxiety and Attachment Avoidance: Members’ Attachment Fit with Their Group and Group Relationships

We compared each individual group member’s attachment fit with the attachment of the other group members. Participants were 201 members of 20 therapy groups who sought treatment because they were overweight or obese. Group members completed the Attachment Style Questionnaire before commencing treatment and the Group Questionnaire at three points during group treatment.
