The latest trend in surgery is to look for minimally invasive procedures, with fewer complications and a shorter recovery time. This study aims to compare the minimally- invasive envelope flap, with smaller incision and fewer dissection and the conventional envelope flap, with a 20mm incision, on impacted mandibular third molar surgery, focusing on the hypothesis that there were no differences in postoperative outcomes. The aim of this study is to investigate the presence of condylar and ramal asymmetry in patients with a cyst larger than 10 mm in the maxilla or mandible. Condylar and ramal asymmetry index measurements of 47 patients (mean age: 28.85 ± 15.348) in the study group and 40 patients in the control group (mean age: 33.73 ± 13.095) were performed using panoramic radiographs. The study group consists of patients with cysts larger than 10 mm in diameter in the maxilla or mandible. The control group consisted of patients with no radiolucent lesions and no history of trauma. Objetivo. Explorar la estructura factorial de una adaptación al castellano del "Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey" (MBI-GS). Material y métodos. La muestra la integraron 149 policías municipales de Tenerife, España, a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario en 1999. Tämän maisterintutkielman tavoitteena oli kuvata ja ymmärtää, millaista kielellistä ja nonverbaalista aggressiota järjestyksenvalvojat kokevat asiakaspalvelutilanteissa, miten he siihen reagoivat ja mitä selittäviä tekijöitä he reagoinnilleen kertovat. Tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin järjestyksenvalvojien omia käsityksiä ja kokemuksia tutkimusaiheesta. Tutkielma toteutettiin teemahaastattelulla. Tutkimuksessa haastateltiin seitsemää henkilöä, joista jokaisella oli haastatteluiden toteutushetkellä voimassaoleva lakisääteinen järjestyksenvalvojakortti. Tutkin pro gradu -tutkielmassani venäjän sanapainoa viiden suomalaisen abiturientin puheessa. Tutkimuksessani keskityn sanapainoon, painollisiin ja painottomiin vokaaleihin sekä niiden reduktioon. Työssäni käytän tutkimusmenetelmänä viiden venäjänkielisen informantin tekemää auditiivista arviointia suomalaisten ääntämisestä, mihin työni analyysi pohjautuu. Tutkimuskysymyksiä ovat: mitkä vokaalit, painolliset ja painottomat, tuottavat eniten vaikeuksia abiturienteille, miten sanapainon paikka vaikuttaa abiturienttien lausumiseen ja millaisia eroja yksittäisten abiturienttien lausumisessa on?
