Abstract The antioxidant and antimicrobial effects of guarana seed extracts (GSE) added to pork patties were evaluated for 18 days storage at 2 ± 1 °C. Five treatments were prepared: i) without natural antioxidant [control (negative control)], ii) with BHT at 200 mg/kg (positive control), and iii) with three different concentrations: 250 mg/kg (guarana seed low dose-GSL), 500 mg/kg (guarana seed medium dose-GSM) and 1000 mg/kg (guarana seed high dose-GSH) of guarana extracts, respectively. However, some universities adapted online education, allowing students to carry out their activities without being infected by the virus. The aim of this study was to find out the impact of the pandemic on physical activity levels and the positive and negative effects on Chilean university athletes. Rh2(OOCR)2(PC)2 complexes (PC = orthometalated phosphines, OOCR = carboxylates) with very polarizable ligands, such as aromatic rings directly joined to the rhodium atoms, control chemoselectivity in competitive metal carbene transformations of α-diazo ketones. These catalysts have a mixed set of ligands that allows choosing among a big selection of ligands to gradually affect the electronic and steric properties of the catalyst. New genus and species Henryfulvius gracilis gen. nov., sp. nov. is described from Ecuador.
