The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C₁₄H₂₂N₄O₂·0.25C₆H₁₄·0.5H₂O, contains two independent molecules of 2,4-bis(pivaloylamino)pyrimidine (M) with similar conformations, one water molecule and one-half n-hexane solvent molecule situated on an inversion center. In one independent M molecule, one of the two tert-butyl groups is rotationally disordered between two orientations in a 3:2 ratio. The n-hexane solvent molecule is disordered between two conformations in the same ratio. Panama and the WTO: new constitutionalism of trade policy and global tax governance

"Corrigendum" in Review of International Political Economy, 24(4), p. 738 (DOI: 10.1080/09692290.2017.1332547). Tax havens and tax flight have lately received increasing attention, while interest toward multilateral trade policies has somewhat diminished. We argue that more attention needs to be paid exactly to the interrelations between trade and tax policies. Drawing from two case studies on Panama's trade disputes, we show how World Trade Organization (WTO) rules can be used both to resist attempts to sanction secrecy structures and to promote measures against tax flight. The articles published in «La Campana de Gràcia» and «L’Esquella de la Torratxa», the comedy sketches and, particularly, the festive poetry notebooks given to the public by «Llibreria Espanyola», which belonged to López publishers, conform the image of a popular writer at the close of the nineteenth century. En efecto, el español, que forma parte de la herencia histórica de los EE. UU., sigue siendo la lengua de minoría más hablada en el país, sobre todo gracias al hecho de que en los siglos XX y XXI las migraciones de hispanos han revitalizado y fortalecido de manera continua esta lengua en el país norteamericano. Effects of assisted training with neurofeedback on EEG measures, executive function and mood in a healthy sample

The training in neurofeedback (NF) consists of teaching individuals to modify, adjust and enhance their brain activity pattern. The aim of our research was to evaluate the effect of training on cognitive processes, specifically executive function, and mood in a non-clinical sample. A sample of 30 female college students were assigned to three groups: RH: right hemisphere (n = 10), LH: left hemisphere (n = 10) and control (n = 10). The dominance pattern of beta and the inhibition of the theta pattern were trained in a single session. Measures of executive function (Iowa Gambling Test) and questionnaires of mood were taken pre and post training. We found that NF training produced significant …

International audience; Après avoir fait un bilan des éléments biographiques et poétiques qui permettent de rapprocher l’œuvre d’Amelia Rosselli de celle de Dino Campana, l’article examine la reprise parodique des vers du poète de Marradi contenue dans le poème « Per la tua pelle olivastra per la tua mascella cadente» tiré de "Variazioni belliche" (1964). Księga Sofoniasza rozpoczyna się dramatyczną wizją sądu Bożego wobec odstępstwa ludu wybranego, który ma się dokonać w Dzień Pański (So 1,2-18). Jednak końcowy fragment tego pierwszego proroctwa (So 2,1-3), zawiera mocne wezwanie do zmiany takiego postępowania, które prowadziło nieuchronnie do zagłady. Lud Boży winien zgromadzić się na nowo zanim nastąpi tragedia. Ci, którzy odpowiadają na wezwanie, prorok nazywa ubogimi Pana, jako ludzi zdolnych zachowywać Jego Prawo. Nawrócenie realizuje się w postawie szukania Pana, które konkretnie realizuje się w pełnieniu sprawiedliwości i życiu pokornym. Tylko w takiej postawie istnieje nadzieja na ocalenie w dniu Bożego sądu.
