Background: Some studies have shown that switching patients from one tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alfa inhibitor to another may be beneficial when they have an inadequate response or an adverse event. Objective: We sought to assess the variables predicting the efficacy of the second TNF-alfa inhibitor in patients discontinuing the first TNF-alfa inhibitor. Methods: Data from all 5423 consecutive patients starting TNF-alfa inhibitor therapy for psoriasis between September 2005 and September 2010 who were included in the Italian Psocare registry were analyzed. However, how changing labor market conditions affect the relationship between personal resources like career enhancing strategies, personal initiative, and career passivity with self-perceived employability remains unclear. Diplomdarba tēma ir “Fizisko īpašību nozīme šķēpmešanas potenciālā – pamatskolas vecuma bērniem”. Mērķis: Teorētiski un praktiski izpētīt potenciālo šķēpa metēju potenciālu pamatskolas vecuma bērniem. Pētījuma jautājums – Vai speciālajām fiziskajām īpašībām ir izšķiroša nozīme, lai nākotnē būtu potenciāls šķēpmetējs? Pētījumā piedalījās 30 skolēni jeb 15 zēni un 15 meitenes. Tika veikti fiziskie testi, lai izpētītu, vai skolēniem ir potenciāla nākotnē kļūt par šķēpmetējiem. Iegūtie rezultāti tika salīdzināti ar profesionāliem šķēpmetējiem, kas bija sasniegti šajā vecumā.
