W działalności duszpasterskiej Kościoła w Polsce wizyta duszpasterska, zwana kolędą, ma swoje określone miejsce i stanowi duże wyzwanie dla duszpasterzy. Jest co roku realizowana w podobny sposób, ponieważ w tym zakresie obowiązuje wygodne kryterium pasterskie: „zawsze się tak robiło”. Papież Franciszek w Evangelii gaudium stwierdza, że duszpasterstwo w kluczu misyjnym wymaga rezygnacji z tego wygodnego kryterium. Ta rezygnacja nie dotyczy samego wydarzenia kolędy, ale tego, co stało się pewnym utartym schematem jej przeżywania. Artykuł jest próbą podzielenia się nowym podejściem do odwiedzin duszpasterskich. Diplomdarba tēma ir „Pasteļtehnikas paņēmienu apguve vizuālās mākslas stundās 8. klasē." Diplomdarba mērķis: balstoties uz teorijas izpēti, izveidot un aprobēt uzdevumu kopu, kas 8. klases skolēnus vizuālās mākslas stundās iepazīstina ar pasteļtehnikas pamatiem un tās raksturīgākajiem izteiksmes līdzekļiem. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā ir veikts ieskats pasteļtehnikas vēsturē un tās zināmākajos mākslas pārstāvjos, pasteļa raksturošanā un tā uzklāšanas veidu apkopošanā. Effectiveness of hexavalent vaccines against invasive Haemophilus influenzae type b disease: Germany's experience after 5 years of licensure

Summary Vaccine effectiveness (VE) was determined with a case-cohort approach using Cox regression. Cases with confirmed systemic Hib infections in children born from 1 August 2000 to 31 December 2004 were ascertained through two independent nationwide active surveillance systems. A representative cohort of 1303 children born in the same time frame was randomly sampled in a nationwide immunisation survey. Thirty cases were eligible for VE calculation; 19 were unvaccinated and 11 vaccinated with hexavalent vaccines. VE was 68.4% (95% CI: 19.0–87.6) for incomplete primary series and 90.4% (95% CI: 70.6–96.8) for the full primary series. For full immunisation VE was 100.0% (95% CI: 52.7–100.0)…

Background A 2-group randomized field trial was conducted to evaluate the impact of a fluorosis educational preventive program in mother´s knowledge and practices, and on the urine fluoride concentration of their preschool children. Material and Methods A group of 139 mother-child pairs participated in the study. Abstract Objective In this study we demonstrate that inorganic polyphosphate (polyP) exhibits a dual protective effect on teeth: it elicits a strong antibacterial effect against the cariogenic bacterium Streptococcus mutans and, in form of amorphous calcium polyP microparticles (size of 100–400 nm), it efficiently reseals cracks/fissures in the tooth enamel and dentin. Methods Three different formulations of amorphous polyP microparticles (Ca-polyP, Zn-polyP and Sr-polyP) were prepared. Abstract Apple juices and purees represent categories widely consumed by whole population and above all children. Patulin (PAT) is a mycotoxin known for its acute and chronic effects in animals. Several studies indicate there is a risk associated to the PAT intake, through the consumption of purees and apple juices.
