Abstract This investigation introduces two new techniques to quantitatively address the challenging problem of understanding Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC) in welding processes. The first technique is a novel procedure to create a known and controlled HIC in a welded sample. The second is an in-process monitoring technique to measure the initial formation and subsequent growth of the HIC in a multi-pass weld whilst being compatible with the high temperatures associated with the welding process. Tras la Constitución de 2019 se avizora un nuevo horizonte de la responsabilidad parental en Cuba, que nace entre la constitucionalización de los derechos familiares y el reconocimiento constitucional de las garantías procesales como expresión de cambios sociales y corolario del influjo de la internacionalización de las relaciones familiares. A raíz de todo lo cual surge un programa de reformas de las instituciones sustantivas y procesales, que inspirado en el interés superior del niño debe integrar, en modo coherente y sistemático, las orientaciones que descienden del sistema convencional y la axiología que pauta el actual texto constitucional.
Renewable polyol obtained by microwave-assisted alcoholysis of epoxidized soybean oil: Preparation, thermal properties and relaxation process

[EN] The soybean oil polyol (SOP) use as feedstock in the polyurethane industry has been recently emphasized due to its excellent resistance to hydrolysis, which is also applicable in coatings and thermal insulation. In this article, the SOP was obtained by a very fast microwave-assisted alcoholysis of epoxidized soybean oil (ESO). The preparation method, thermal properties, and relaxation process were evaluated. High yields as opening and consumption epoxy group and selectivity of 99.8 mol%, 985 mol%, and 71.2 mol% were obtained.
