This research aims to determine the increase of PBL (Problem Based Learning) model on effort and energy material by the XI MIA 6, CLASS OF SMA NEGERI 1 Manokwari. The subject amount of this research consists of 25 students which are divided into 11 boys and 14 girls. This is a classroom action research, which refers to the Kemmis and Taggart style. This research is conducted in two cycles, which in every cycle consists of planning implementation, action and observation, and reflection.
