Kinetic evidence for the incorporation of the [(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) (2,2′-bipyridyl)(aquo)rhodium(III)] complex into DPPC vesicles

Abstract The binding of the [(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) (2,2′-bipyridyl)(aquo)rhodium(III)] complex [Cp*RhIII(bpy)H2O]2+, to l -α-dipalmitoylphosphatidyl choline (DPPC) vesicles has been estimated by studying the kinetics of the electron transfer reaction between the rhodium(III) complex and formiate ions. Kinetic measurements carried out under anaerobic conditions in absence and presence of DPPC show that the total reaction is composed of two steps. The rate of the first reaction increases with the phospholipid concentration, while that of the second process is independent of the concentration of DPPC. Koiran parvovirus (CPV) on halkaisijaltaan 26 nm vaipaton virus. Ikosahedraalinen kapsidi sisältää yksijuosteisen ~5kb DNA-genomin. CPV sisälleotetaan soluun endosytoosilla, jonka jälkeen se kulkeutuu endosomin sisällä kohti tumaa. CPV vapautuu solulimaan tumaa ympäröivistä lysosomeista. The quarantine bacterium Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis (Cmm) is the agent of tomato bacterial canker (TBC), one of the most destructive bacterial diseases of this crop, that causes severe economic losses worldwide. During a recent outbreak of TBC in Sicily (insular Italy), it was impossible to amplify the pat-1 gene by PCR with CMM5/CMM6 primers from affected greenhouse-grown plants from three farms, although Cmm-like colonies were consistently isolated. Until recently, two viruses (with several isolates) in the genus Begomovirus, family Geminiviridae, have been associated with the epidemics: Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) and Tomato yellow leaf curl Sardinia virus (TYLCSV). International audience; Pleasure from eating is known to be a strong predictor of children’s food choices. Yet, children’s food preferences generally do not align with dietary recommendations, children rate energy-dense foods as the most liked and vegetables the least liked. In order to incite children to adopt a healthy diet, parents, caregivers, and national campaigns put forward nutritional arguments. However, there is limited research regarding the impact of the level of nutritional concern on children’s food choices, especially compared to pleasure-oriented goals.
