Jednym z podstawowych naruszeń podlegających odpowiedzialności za naruszenie dyscypliny finansów publicznych jest dokonanie wydatku ze środków publicznych bez upoważnienia albo z przekroczeniem upoważnienia określonego w stosownych aktach planowania finansowego. Ustawa o odpowiedzialności za naruszenie dyscypliny finansów publicznych nie zawiera jednak definicji pojęć, którymi posługuje się ustawodawca przy penalizacji czynów. Our recent data suggest that during auto- and allograft recognition in sponges (Porifera), cytokines are differentially expressed. Since the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signal transduction modulates the synthesis and release of cytokines, we intended to identify one key molecule of this pathway. Therefore, a cDNA from the marine sponge Suberites domuncula encoding the MAPK was isolated and analyzed. Sponges (phylum Porifera) represent the evolutionarily oldest metazoans that comprise already a complex immune system and are related to the crown taxa of the protostomians and the deuterostomians. Here, we demonstrate the existence of a tachylectin-related protein in the demosponge Suberites domuncula, termed Suberites lectin. The MAPK pathway was activated in response to lipopolysaccharide treatment of the three-dimensional cell aggregates, the primmorphs; this process was abolished by the monosaccharide D-GlcNAc. First report on the helminthfauna of the yellow-necked mouse, Apodemus flavicollis, in the Iberian Peninsula

Summary Information about the prevalence of helminth parasites of the yellow-necked mouse, Apodemus flavicollis, in the Iberian Peninsula is almost non-existent and there is no reliable data reported from Spain. Fourteen A. flavicollis from the Erro River valley (Navarre, Spain) were examined for endoparasites, between February 2001 and July 2002. Thirteen specimens (92.9 %) of the total sample were parasitized by at least one of the following six helminth species: one trematode (Corrigia vitta), one cestode (Taenia parva larvae) and four nematodes (Trichuris muris, Calodium hepaticum, Heligmosomoides polygyrus and Syphacia stroma). Artykuł przedstawia zastosowanie koncepcji zależności ścieżkowej (path dependence) do analizy wybranych trajektorii rozwojowych krajów (gospodarek), które zostały omówione przez Immanuela Wallersteina w pracach na temat nowoczesnego systemu-świata. W tekście zaprezentowano podstawowe założenia zależności ścieżkowej jako zjawiska oraz jako koncepcji pozwalającej na interpretację związków przyczynowo-skutkowych w rozwoju technologii oraz w bardziej złożonych opisach rozwoju społeczno-historycznego. Następnie szczegółowej analizie poddano trzy wybrane przypadki trajektorii gospodarek w okresie powstawania nowoczesnego systemu-świata: Polski, Wenecji i Anglii.

Properties of zeros of solutions to third order nonlinear differential equations

We investigate the behavior of zeros of solutions to the certain type of third order nonlinear differential equations. We show that the behavior of zeros may be rather different and depend on the nature of nonlinearity in the equation. Main results in the paper are illustrated with a number of examples.
