L’Espagne a voté en 2006 la Loi relative à la promotion de l’autonomie personnelle et au soutien des personnes en situation de dépendance. Le présent article établit les grandes balises de la loi et les limites de son application en regard de la demande réelle en prenant comme exemple la communauté valencienne, tout en montrant que le coût de la dépendance revient encore essentiellement aux familles.

The article is a synthetic essay that exposes the main theoretical lines of the postmarxist approach of Laclau and Mouffe, on the one hand, and the autonomist post-operaism of Negri, Hardt, Virno, etc., on the other hand. These theories are conceived as attempts to rationalize current political bets by various political sectors and social movements. It analyzes both argumentative strategies from «orthodox» Marxism and the structure / superstructure relationship; and the forms of constitution of new subjectivities. El presente trabajo se ha planteado en torno a dos objetivos principales. Por un lado, investigar los antecedentes en la decisión de compra de los jóvenes consumidores europeos de cuatro países. Por otro, analizar cómo varía la influencia de estos antecedentes cuando se consideran consumidores de distinta nacionalidad y distintas categorías de productos. Para desarrollar este estudio se procedió a encuestar on line a una 'muestra de conveniencia'. Para ello, se contó con la colaboración de cinco universidades que tomaron parte en esta red: una de Francia, una de Alemania, una de Italia y dos de España. Oral and oropharyngeal cancer (OPC) is an important cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Populations in situations of social vulnerability tend to have higher incidences of cancer, a higher proportion of late diagnosis, greater difficulties in accessing health services, and, consequently, worse prognosis. The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between race/skin color and OPC prognosis in Brazil. Tēma “Darbinieku ar invaliditāti tiesiskā aizsardzība Latvijas normatīvo aktu tvērumā” ir aktuāla, jo vēl aizvien invalīdu nodarbināšana un veiksmīga integrēšana darba tirgū ir problēma. Darbā autore, galvenokārt, analizējusi Darba likuma normas kopsakarā ar apskatītajiem šķēršļiem, kas kavē invalīdu nodarbināšanu. Pēc normu analīzes autore nonākusi pie secinājuma, ka galvenā problēma, kas kavē invalīdu veiksmīgu integrēšanu darba tirgū, ir sabiedrībā pastāvošie stereotipi, ka invalīdu nodarbināšana būs papildu slogs darba devējam. Dietary supplements are extensively used among athletes as well as amateurs attending gyms. Regardless of very poorly investigated information about the effects of these products – both desirable and adverse – a wide range of population is used to take them. The aim of this study was to investigate the supplement consumption in Sicilia, Italy. An online questionnaire has been administered to 588 subjects (55% male and 45% female) aged between 15 and 53 years, frequenters and non-frequenters of gyms. Whether gaming has a beneficial or detrimental effect on young people's lives is a defining feature in both the research and the public discussion of youth digital gaming. In this qualitative study, we draw from a thematic analysis of the experiences of 180 game players in Finland, aged 15–25 years. Utilizing the digital gaming relationship (DGR) theory, we explore how different aspects of gaming actualize in their lives, and how different features of gaming culture participation come together to form their experience.
