Negotiation strategies and offers : perceptions of mergers and acquisitions advisors

This thesis sought to identify mergers and acquisitions advisors’ perceptions of their own negotiation strategies in a typical negotiation. Additionally, the thesis examined the potential association between the first offer and a negotiator’s perception of his or her own negotiation strategy. This was researched empirically by presenting the negotiators two different first offer negotiation scenarios. In the first scenario, a buyer presented a first offer that was higher than a negotiator’s reservation value. Bakalaura darba mērķis bija izpētīt, kādas saistības pastāv starp vecāku stresa līmeni un viņu priekšstatiem par bērnu audzināšanas pieejām. Analizējot dažādu pētnieku atziņas par vecāku stresu un priekšstatiem par bērnu audzināšanas pieejām, tika konstatēti faktori, kas ir saistīti ar vecāku stresu. Empīriskie pierādījumi atspoguļo saikni starp partneru izraisītu stresu un disfunkcionālu vecāku lomas izpildi. Laulības konflikti un zema ģimenes attiecību kvalitāte ir saistīti ar piespiedu un stingras disciplīnas izmantošanas lielāku īpatsvaru bērnu audzināšanas pieejās. Kirjallisuuden opiskelun merkitystä kielenoppimisessa on tutkittu laajalti, ja se on todettu tärkeäksi ja toimivaksi menetelmäksi. The spread of COVID-19 requires immediate policy response and future-oriented actions to reduce devastating economic and social impact of crisis and preserve sustainable growth. The aim of this paper is to assess the current economic and social consequenses of the ongoing crisis in Latvia, the government response, public perceptions and future scenarios. Research is based on the macroeconomic assessment and surveybased analysis of people’s attitude towards the government's emergency programs. The comparison of statistically justified findings with the public perception helps formulate conclusions on the future sustainability scenarios and policies.

Este artículo presenta los resultados de un cuestionario diagnóstico sobre las percepciones hacia la física, por parte de 104 estudiantes, quienes inician su carrera profesional de Licenciatura en Ciencias Naturales y Educación Ambiental, en una universidad colombiana.
