El presente trabajo, basado en los aportes de la Psicología Organizacional Positiva (POP),consistió en un análisis del concepto de Work Engagement. Por un lado, se buscó explorar las concepciones que tienen personas con personal a cargo sobre el work engagement mediante entrevistas realizadas a 38 voluntarios de la población general de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y el conurbano bonaerense (18 hombres, 47.37%; 20 mujeres, 52.63%). This chapter focuses on intensified working life via the intensified job demands (IJDs) model from the perspective of recovery from work by paying particular attention to the potentially mediating and buffering roles of recovery in the linkages between IJDs and their consequences. In empirical analyses, we examined the buffering role of psychological detachment from work during off-job time in the relationship between intensified job demands and job performance and meaning of work. Hand tools should be designed so that they are comfortable to use, fit the hand and are user-oriented. Six different manual, single-channel axial pipettes were evaluated for such objective outcomes as muscular activity, wrist postures and efficiency, as well as for subjective outcomes concerning self-assessed features of pipette usability and musculoskeletal strain. Ten experienced laboratory employees volunteered for the study. Manufacturing and characterization of single cell intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cells for APU in transportation application

The fabrications of large area IT-SOFC planar cell by new simple and cost effective process were explained. The optimization of the new process with respect to pore formers, thickness of layers, sintering temperature were performed. The electrochemical results of 10cm2 performed in Fiaxell open flange set up were detailed with respect to different configuration. Long term ageing performance tests of single cells were conducted in Fiaxell device and results are discussed. Preparation of new test bench and stacking process performed till now were briefed.
