Este artículo analiza la representación de la femme fatale en Muerte de un ciclista (Juan Antonio Bardem, 1955) como un recurso sintomático de la disidencia de Bardem respecto a la dictadura franquista. Partiendo de una perspectiva interdisciplinar que considera las aportaciones de la teoría semiótica y la teoría fílmica feminista, se aplica una metodología de análisis textual que atiende tanto a la estructura narrativa del film como a los procesos de significación, visuales y sintácticos, asociados a la femme fatale. Natural oxygenation of Champagne wine during ageing on lees: A metabolomics picture of hormesis

International audience; The oxygenation of Champagne wine after 4 and 6 years of aging on lees in bottle was investigated by FTICR-MS and UPLC-Q-TOF-MS. Three levels of permeability were considered for the stoppers, ranging from 0.2 to 1.8 mg/L/year of oxygen transfer rate. Our results confirmed a good repeatability of ultrahigh resolution FTICR-MS, both in terms of m/z and coefficient of variation of peak intensities among biological replicates. Vintages appeared to be the most discriminated features, and metabolite annotations suggested that the oldest wines (2006) were characterized by a higher sensitivity towards oxygenation. On-the-job leisure is a pervasive feature of the modern workplace. We studied its impact on work performance in a laboratory experiment by either allowing or restricting Internet access. We used a 2×2 experimental design in which subjects completing real-effort work tasks could earn cash according to either individual- or team-production incentive schemes. Under team pay, production levels were significantly lower when Internet browsing was available than when it was not.
