Essi assumono una funzione determinante nel momento in cui sono riferiti a ruoli organizzativi chiave. In particolare, i piani di incentivazione annuale sono da sempre al centro del dibattito sulla loro validità, ancora più acceso dopo lo scatenarsi della recente crisi economico-finanziaria. Il presente articolo mostra i risultati di un’indagine conoscitiva, volta ad analizzare le principali dinamiche di compensazione manageriale tra le aziende italiane e ad individuare gli elementi caratterizzanti la definizione dei bonus plan.
Shared Situational Awareness in a Professional Soccer Team: An Explorative Analysis of Post-Performance Interviews

Sport science research has done little to elaborate on the cognitive factors that turn a collection of individual players into a coordinated elite team. The purpose of this paper is to clarify if the players and coach of an elite soccer team express shared situational awareness. Ten players and one coach were exposed to twelve video pictures from a previous soccer match, and their statements for each picture were recorded and analyzed using a qualitative approach. This article presents part of a master´s degree research, which focused on investigating causes, symptoms, and strategies used by tertiary flute players to cope with music performance anxiety in the performance of an unaccompanied flute work in recital of evaluative character. However, it will present only the results on strategies of twelve flute students from three music colleges in Brazil to cope with music performance anxiety. Equivalent Circuit Modelling of Ferrite Inductors Losses

The modelling of the magnetic losses in the core of ferrite inductors for power conversion circuits has been considered in this paper. On the basis of the Revised Generalized Steinmetz Model (RGSE) an equivalent circuital modelling has been obtained. The losses are modelled as an equivalent resistance connected in parallel to the inductor. The model has been tested under periodic triangular current waveforms.

Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are a form of corporate entrepreneurship involving strategic decisions that require discussion and approval by the board of directors of the acquiring firm. We focus on board attributes to analyze the entrepreneurial function of the board of directors and its involvement in corporate entrepreneurship. Building on different theories (agency theory, resource dependence theory, stewardship theory, and stakeholder theory), we examine whether board composition affects the number of acquisitions, the risk involved in bids, and the creation of value for the acquirer's shareholders. Integration of CSR into CEOs’ compensation: effects on social and financial performance of French listed firms

Based on the stakeholder model of corporate governance, this research analyzes the relationship between the integration of corporate social responsibility (CSR) into CEO compensation and corporate social and financial performance, in firms listed on France’s SBF 120 stock market between 2015 and 2019. The results of panel data regressions show that indexing CEO compensation on CSR criteria only influence corporate social performance Moreover, social performance has a positive impact on financial performance and a mediating effect between the integration of CSR criteria into CEO compensation and financial performance.
