The author analyses the rules of jurisdiction by connection set by Articles 4 and 5 of Regulations No. 1103 and 1104 of 2016 in matters of property regimes of transnational couples, taking into account the objective of proper administration of justice pursued within EU Civil judicial cooperation. En la insuficiencia cardiaca humana, se ha observado una disminución en la expresión de los adrenoceptores β1 (AR-β1) junto con un aumento de la expresión/función de la cinasa GRK2, pero los cambios en la expresión de otros AR y GRK no han sido establecidos. Otra cuestión sin resolver es la incidencia de estos mecanismos en función de la etiología y el tratamiento de la insuficiencia cardíaca. Queda también por determinar la existencia de un patrón transcripcional común que regula los niveles de ARNm de cada isoforma de GRK y los subtipos de AR-β. The fluorescence of chlorophyll in vegetation is a weak signal emitted between 650 and 850 nm that is mixed with the much more intense light reflected by the leaf, which is why active methods are commonly used (through the additional contribution of controlled artificial light) or using indirect measurements instead. So, the measurement is provided just in relative units in the first case, or the accuracy of the estimate in the second case is uncertain without proper direct validation.
