Bakalaura darba tēma – „Medikamentu administrēšana vispārējās aprūpes nodaļā” aktualitāte pamatota ar to, ka mūsdienās arvien vairāk parādās kļūdas medikamentu administrēšanā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda ir medikamentu administrēšana vispārējas aprūpes nodaļās. Darbā ir izvēlēta kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anketa. Darba hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies daļēji, jo pastāv kļūdu iespēja pareizā medikamentu administrēšanā vispārējās aprūpes nodaļā, kas var ietekmēt pacientu atveseļošanos. Characterization of field isolates of Trichoderma antagonistic against Rhizoctonia solani.

The aim of the present study was to characterize sixteen isolates of Trichoderma originating from a field of sugar beet where disease patches caused by Rhizoctonia solani were observed. Use of both molecular and morphological characteristics gave consistent identification of the isolates. Production of water-soluble and volatile inhibitors, mycoparasitism and induced systemic resistance in plant host were investigated using in vitro and in vivo tests in both sterilized and natural soils. Maģistra darbā “Ziepju ražošanas izveides projekts” tiek izstrādāts projekts ar mikrouzņēmuma paplašināšanas iespējam ar mērķi apmierināt pieprasījumu Latvijas iedzīvotājiem kvalitatīvo EKO ziepes produkciju. Tika izveidota anketēšana, lai precīzāk novērtētu un saprastu ziepju izmantošanas paradumus Latvijā, lai izvērtētu atbilstošu piedāvājumu. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot patērētāju ziepju izmantošanas tendences. Par pētījuma metodi tika izvēlēta kvantitatīva anketēšanas metode. Mazgāšanas līdzekļu (ziepes) ražotājiem ir stratēģiski svarīgi lomā, nodrošinot iedzīvotājus ar kvalitatīvu produkciju, īpaši Covid 19 apstākļos.
