Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää Jyväskylän yliopiston Aikuiskouluttajan pedagogisten opintojen (APO) ohjaajien kokemuksia dialogisuudesta ohjauksessa. Tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin ohjaajien ajatuksia dialogisuudesta ilmiönä ja käsitteenä sekä APO-opintojen toimintaperiaatteena, kokemuksia dialogisuudesta erilaisissa ohjaustilanteissa sekä dialogisuuden haasteiden ja mahdollisuuksien arviointia. Tutkimuksen aineisto koostuu seitsemän APO-ohjaajan teemahaastatteluista, jotka analysoitiin aineistolähtöisellä sisällönanalyysilla. The area of Gela (Sicily, Italy) contains one of the largest petroleum refineries in Europe and also has several oil fields both on land and offshore. This paper discusses how the oil refinery and traffic-related air pollution affect the chemical composition of airborne particulate matter over the town of Gela, using pine needles and urban road dust as the means of survey. Forty-one samples of pine needles from Pinus halepensis (Mill.) and two composite samples of roadway dust, each subdivided into six size fractions, were analyzed for major and trace elements. Amino-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)methyl phosphonic acid, the phosphonic analog of 3,4-dihydroxyphenylglycine, had been previously reported as a potent inhibitor of tyrosinase. The mechanism of the apparent enzyme inhibition by this compound has now been established. Amino-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)methyl phosphonic acid turned out to be a substrate and was oxidized to o-quinone, which evolved to a final product identified as 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde, the same as for 3,4-dihydroxyphenylglycine. On the basis of a mineralogical, petrological and chemical study of a “greenstone” complex intercalated in a phyllitic formation in the Western Peloritani Mountains, two main rock types can be distinguished: amphibole-chlorite metabasite (with traces of an old generation of glaucophane), and albite metabasite. The two rock types show considerable differences in composition, a consequence of sodium metasomatism. The study indicates that the greenstone complex is a metaspilite.
