Removal of nitrogen from wastewaters (WW) represents a global problem. The low nitrification rate during WW treatment is often caused by ecotoxicity. This problem is attributed mostly to the industrial WW. Our study was focused on the testing of industrial WW and activated sludge (AS) with the aim to reveal the abundance of nitrifiers and increase their biomass, thus, providing the additional step, i.e., bioaugmentation, within the technological process of WW treatment. Diplomdarba tēma – Scenogrāfijas elementu apguve vizuālās mākslas stundās 8. klasē. Pusaudžu vecumposms ir būtisks, veidojot skolēna attieksmju un vērtību sistēmu. Iepazīstot scenogrāfiju un apgūstot tās elementus, skolēniem ir iespēja ne tikai pilnveidot savas zināšanas un prasmes vizuālajā mākslā, bet gūt arī ieskatu teātra izrāžu veidošanas procesā, tādējādi aktualizējot interesi par teātri un kultūru kā tādu. Diplomdarba mērķis ir atklāt scenogrāfijas elementu apgūšanu vizuālās mākslas stundās kā iedvesmojošu un saistošu mācību vielas apguves bāzi, vienlaicīgi veicinot skolēnu interesi par teātri kā mākslas veidu. Dzeltenās dzegužkurpītes Cypripedium calceolus L. demogrāfisko parametru ietekmējošie faktori Ķemeru Nacionālajā parkā

Orhidejas, kā piemēram, dzeltenā dzegužkurpīte Cypripedium calceolus, ir viena no apdraudētākajām augu grupām pasaulē, jo tās ir šauri specializējušās un ļoti jutīgas pret izmaiņām biotopā. Līdz ar to, šo augu pētījumi mūsdienās ir arvien aktuālāki. Ķemeru Nacionālā parka trijās atradnēs 2016. gadā no maija līdz oktobrim tika ievākti dati, lai realizētu veiktā pētījuma mērķi – noskaidrot apgaismojuma un veģetācijas seguma ietekmi uz Cypripedium calceolus demogrāfiskajiem parametriem. Dati ievākti, izmantojot transekšu/parauglaukumu metodi, kur apļveida parauglaukumos (1,5 m rādiuss) noteica paaugā un pamežā esošās sugas un skaitu dažādās augstuma klasēs, kā arī vaskulāro augu un sūnu sugas …
