Abstract Coat protein (COP) I and COP II complexes are involved in the transport of proteins between the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi apparatus in eukaryotic cells. The formation of COP I/II complexes at membrane surfaces is an early step in vesicle formation and is mastered by p24, a type I transmembrane protein. Oligomerization of p24 monomers was suggested to be mediated and/or stabilized via interactions within the transmembrane domain, and the p24 transmembrane helix appears to selectively bind a single sphingomyelin C18:0 molecule. Our work presented in this thesis focuses on the design, testing and implementation of monolithics CMOS image smart sensors : The principle, performance and limitations. The hardware implementation of a vision smart system is the central link. HISIC is High Speed Image Capture with processing at pixel level. Publisher Copyright: © 2023 The Authors River lampreys (Lampetra fluviatilis) were caught in the fall 2014 on entering the River Perhonjoki for spawning and kept at a hatchery until spawning in late spring 2015 to produce larvae for compensatory stockings. Since the lampreys died massively from early February onwards, they were investigated in March and May to clarify the cause of the deaths. The symptoms in lampreys resembled those of lipid-related thiamine (vitamin B1) deficiency of salmonines, called the M74 syndrome in the Baltic Sea area. Aineisto koostuu vapaaehtoista lapsettomuutta ja sterilisaatiota käsittelevistä kirjoituksista. Kirjoituspyyntöön saivat vastata kaikki itsensä kohderyhmään kuuluvaksi määrittelevät henkilöt. Aineisto on kerätty alun perin pro gradu -tutkielmaan vuonna 2017. Kirjoituskutsun avulla pyrittiin selvittämään mm. sitä, miten päätös vapaaehtoisesta lapsettomuudesta on syntynyt ja millaisia ajatuksia sterilisaatio vastaajissa herättää. Many specialist herbivores have evolved strategies to cope with plant defences, with gut microbiota potentially participating to such adaptations. In this study, we assessed whether the history of plant use (population origin) and microbiota may interact with plant defence adaptation. We tested whether microbiota enhance the performance of Melitaea cinxia larvae on their host plant, Plantago lanceolata and increase their ability to cope the defensive compounds, iridoid glycosides (IGs).
