Mutational Events in Cefotaximase Extended-Spectrum β-Lactamases of the CTX-M-1 Cluster Involved in Ceftazidime Resistance

ABSTRACT CTX-M β-lactamases, which show a high cefotaxime hydrolytic activity, constitute the most prevalent extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL) type found among clinical isolates. The recent explosive diversification of CTX-M enzymes seems to have taken place due to the appearance of more efficient enzymes which are capable of hydrolyzing both cefotaxime and ceftazidime, especially among the CTX-M-1 cluster. Lapselle liike on luontaisin tapa ilmentää musiikkia. Myös laulaminen ja oman äänen käyttö on läsnä lapsen elämässä pienestä pitäen. Koulun musiikintunnilla voisi hyödyntää lapsen luontaista intoa liikkua ja laulaa ja perustaa opetus niille. Tutkimukseni tarkoituksena on luoda toiminnallinen laulunopetuksen materiaalipaketti alakouluun ja testata sitä. Materiaalipakettini perustuu valtakunnallisen perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman (2014) laulunopetuksen tavotteisiin ja sisältöihin ja uusimpiin musiikin oppimateriaaleihin. This chapter addresses software professionals’ agency and learning in work characterized by a need for innovative learning and fluency in renewing work practices. The study presented was conducted with software professionals in a medium-sized Finnish company producing digital business applications. We applied a mixed-method approach to data collection and analysis. Regarding professional agency, we found a range of opportunities to influence work-related matters. Data-driven decision support (DDDS) provides insight for decision makers by exploring and extracting underlying patterns within a dataset. This thesis covers the process of DDDS in reducing driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) offenses by introducing proposed prison sentences. This paper reports a design science research (DSR) study that develops, demonstrates and evaluates a set of design principles for information systems (IS) that utilise learning analytics to support learning and teaching in higher education.
