The paper deals with the question of consequences which result from annulment of the agreement concluded in bankruptcy proceedings, involving receivables which are included in the agreement. The institution of the very agreement itself and its annulment is a unique solution in the construction of the bankruptcy law. The core of the analyses is the regulation of the bankruptcy and repairing law, according to which, in the case of annulment of the agreement, in the bankruptcy proceedings that are opened, the creditors to date pursue their claims at the initial height of the latter. Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) have been employed as molecular bricks for the synthesis of imidazolium cross-linked networks as heterogeneous catalyst for the conversion of carbon dioxide into cyclic carbonates via reaction with epoxides. Two hybrid materials with different nucleophilic species (bromide and iodide) have been prepared and characterized by means of elemental analysis, 13C and 29Si solid state NMR, thermogravimetric analysis and IR spectroscopy. Abstract The influence of the degree and the way of incorporation of multi-alkenylsilsesquioxane into the polymer chain on morphological, rheological and dynamic mechanical parameters were determined. It was found that POSS incorporated into the polymer chain was located outside the crystalline structure of lamella in amorphous phase. The incorporation of POSS-6-2 as a pendant group resulted in significant increase of separation of macromolecules. The key factor in rheological and dynamic mechanical behavior of copolymers turned out to be the way of POSS incorporation into the polymer chain. Use of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) in polymer-based nanocomposites is promising for the design of high-performance materials for several applications. In this study, nanocomposites based on ethylene-acrylic acid (EAA) copolymer and POSS molecules were prepared by melt mixing. In particular, partial cage POSS with different pendent organic groups was used to investigate the interaction between the –OH groups of POSS and the acrylic functionalities of the matrix.
